1st time here. Prices were a little high but not for well prepared food. Nice little restaurant wonderful staff. May have been a one off situation. We waited to be seated at the sign no one said a word to us for 10 minutes finally got seated waited again for a waitress ordered drinks waited again once drinks and food order was in the food came as normal. Great food though.

A very nice place for a more refined meal in Frostburg. Wait staff Sarah was quite attentive.

Waited 90 minutes for our food. It was good, but not worth the miney or time.

I took the server’s recommendation to try the pizza and it did not disappoint. It was exactly what I want from pizza - a thin crust with a variety of flavors in the crust and toppings. The house salad was disappointing because some of the Romaine lettuce was a little bit brown, but the dressing was nice. I tried the Aperol spritz and it was delicious as well.

Required to make a reservation for the patio. Did so. Showed up at the appointed time, promptly ignored for over ten minutes. We stepped outside to the patio to find a hostess or anyone. We were rudely confronted by a gentleman who I assumed was management as he was directing waitstaff to clear one table when there were no other customers present. “What are you doing here?” he asked brusquely/ roughly. Informed him we had a reservation for the current time. He told us we would just have to wait and get a table inside. We did, for another 15 minutes. We decided to leave as other customers were sat before us without a reservation. Had heard great things about this place, but service was severely lacking. Not going back. As former service industry, it’s not hard to be polite or check your reservation list. Maybe John Taffer could help.
We were just visiting from out of town and stumbled upon Giuseppe’s—and what a gem! The food was absolutely delicious, and the warm, welcoming atmosphere made us feel right at home.
Our server was especially kind and attentive, going above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. Even though we were just passing through, we were treated like regulars. It was one of the highlights of our trip.
Highly recommend Giuseppe’s to anyone looking for great food and genuinely friendly service. Thank you for the wonderful dinner—we’ll always remember it!

I wish I had read the reviews previously before trying it. Server was amazing and apologized for the wait for food and mixed drinks. These were our of her control. Food was mediocre very small portion of lasagna for the price. I guess for the price I expected more. The highlight was the server which I wish I had gotten her name. Just don't waste your time.

The ambiance was so authentic, I sent a photo to a friend who immediately asked if I was in Europe! We even had the chance to meet the owner during our meal—warm, welcoming, and generous—who sent us home with freshly ground, locally roasted coffee. Every bite was outstanding, but standouts were the Marion pizza and the grilled watermelon appetizer with hot honey and mint—unexpected, fresh, and unforgettable.

The best upscale dining in Frostburg. We love Guiseppe's. The menu is great, and the drinks and bartenders are excellent.
We were in Frostburg for an aunt's funeral. Her kids had Guiseppe's do the catering for the luncheon held at the Elk's Lodge so I can't comment on the atmosphere of the restaurant itself. But, the antipasto spread was delicious. The marinated and grilled vegetables were fresh and well-seasoned. The Italian subs was one of the best I've ever had. And the hummus was exceptional. In addition, the servers (the owner's family) are just the most delightful people. I particular loved that they used environmentally friendly bamboo dishes and had real silverware and cloth napkins. The next time we're in Frostburg, we will be sure to stop in the restaurant itself.

A real Frostburg gem! Based in DC, we don't have many restaurants of the same price/quality combination, and no places of the same quite homely atmosphere. The service was very nice. 🙂

After reading previous reviews my wife and I almost didn’t go. I’m so glad we decided to. The owner was wonderful, our service was fantastic (Thanks Ella!) and the food was amazing. Absolutely fantastic place. Can’t wait until summer so we can sit outside and enjoy the atmosphere. I HIGHLY recommend this restaurant. Great atmosphere, great staff, and great owner. Loved it.
