2 stars because sandwiches were good, but the customer service was truly lacking. Before my receipt could even print out, the girl at the register was back on her cellphone. No attempt to even hide it. The ceilings look like they have black mold growing on them. One of the menu panels was falling off the wall. They nearly forgot my macchiato as well. I'm not sure what happened to mgmt here..

There is a great selection of Bagels to choose from and cream cheese flavors too. And a nice lunch menu. At this point, indoor dining is not available. One can order and take it to go. Whether through the app ahead of time or in person.

Bad customer service. First of all we had to wait a long time to get our orders. There were 3 employees and I don't know what 2 of them were doing while the other one got the costumer orders and made the bagels. They also forgot to make our coffees and once they finally were made they got them wrong. They handed over the hot coffees and didn't have any hand covers to carry them left. They did not apologize nor seem to care. I was excited to go there this weekend because usually I have a better experience, but I don't think I'll come back to this location.

1 customer in the restaurant, had to wait 20 minutes for my order. Staff acts like they do not care about anyone or anything. Worst Einstein Bagels in the world. Y’all have one job, it’s to make a bagel, don’t be rude about it.

The absolute worst place I have ordered from;I waited for 30 minutes inside for an order. After finally receiving the bagel, it wasn't what I ordered. I will never go back again.

If I can give the place a zero star i would. I waited for 20 minutes and then the manager came up and ask what I ordered. She then say oh they ran out of the item. I asked them why they didn't tell me when I ordered and she said oh there were too any people there (which was not true). She tried to blame me for my wait when I was getting agitated she pulled oh why are you getting upset at us.... asked for my refund and left. The young man who helped me was kind but the manager or whoever she was is awful. Never stepping into this place again.

By far the worst experience I’ve had in a Einstein Bagels. The personal has a terrible attitude and they make it seem like they are doing the customers a favor. My order was completely wrong and I was missing a Farmhouse bagel. I also ordered two eggs and they only gave me one egg per farm house sandwich. Avoid this place at all cost. Lady walked in asking for an online order and they just looked at her and never responded. The employees just looked at each other and one of them stated ( I’m only doing in house orders!!) (we got set up today). Terrible customer service, terrible attitude. As a business owner I would fire these employees on the spot.

Great food, but plan to wait a while for it to be made even if you are ordering online. It seems like they are usually swamped here.

Very poor customer service. I just watched a worker yell at a customer because she was asked to remake his sandwich. She actually opened up the old sandwich, pulled out the egg, and waved it at him to show him it was the same kind of egg that she just placed in the new sandwich. On top of all of that, my order was wrong, but I wasn't going to correct them after their display of customer service skills. After taking the online survey, the general manager emailed me back and defended the employee..."Good evening Erin,About your visit today, Next time let us know on the spot if you catch the error in the store. So we can fix and become aware of our mistakes. Our goal is to go above and beyond. And learn as we go.But due to the employee yelling! I the general manager was on the floor at the time. Some customers like to get over. If you was aware of this type of business or situation. He asked another team member to remake the sandwich, which who went to the person on the line to see what his order was. Because the employee made it herself and she followed the screen and direction. Also on top of that the customer wanted to keep his messed up sandwich. When the so call incorrect sandwich he had was what he asked for... The reason why the egg was shown was to show everything was there.If that deterred you coming face to face to complain. It should not have. First time to this location and found out they couldn’t fulfill a simple order: bacon, egg, and cheese on plain bagel. By the time I got home - no bacon. What a waste of money and time.

Worst service ever, today is the third time they totally change the order, today this girl knew my order was 3 items she saw my receipt and confirmed my order was completed, firs I’ve received 2 baggels and non of them was what I was requested and she knew what she was doing because she prepared the order and saw my receipt and gave it to me that is sooooooooooooo nasty I won’t recommend this place to no one until they don’t change that staff they are the worst I ever see in my life
