Best craft beer lagers in Maryland. A rare find in the craft beer scene since most small breweries focus on ales which are more forgiving when it comes to taste profile. Besides fantastic quality of product, their branding and label designs are works of art. Elder Pine is a very special place. By the way, their location’s beauty is in the name.

This place is simply gorgeous!!!!! My husband enjoyed the sampler and he liked the beers. My only critique is that they don't have other type of drinks for non-beers drinkers like me. There are no cider, no kombucha, no wine. If those are added to the menu, this would be a perfect place to hang out for us.

We finally made it out to try Elder Pine and we were not disappointed!We were pleasantly surprised to find out that one of our favorite bands August Burns Red did two collaboration beers with Elder Pine! Rescue & Restore.Not only was the beer fantastic, their food truck was awesome as well.Highly recommend!

Do yourself a favor and try Elder Pine Brewing! You will not be disappointed! Loved everything about this brewery-beer was good, the service was great, and the grounds were beautiful.
I used to drive by this place all the time and finally stopped by. Plenty of outdoor seating, staff is great, and the on-site food truck is awesome. Their seasonal beer is great. Can’t wait for the next August Burns Red drop.

Love Elder Pine for the serene romantic setting and beer selection. There are three main areas to sit at: in benches in the grove of tall pines (which are adorned with string lights), a covered area outside with its own limited- selection bar, and inside the barn. Food options are limited, especially if a bunch of meat is not your opinion of food, but I'm only ranking on hanging out spot and drinking beer, which it's superb on. The beer manages to stand out while not being overly strange. Some faves are the smoked lagers and Japanese rice lager. Crowd tends to be child-free and relaxed, but doggos are typically hanging around.

The beer was delicious and plenty of space to spread out. They have seating indoors, outdoors on a covered porch, and in the woods under fairy lights. The real star of the show was the food. Vittles in the Pine had STELLAR BBQ that was seriously to die for! Definitely worth a trip if you are in the area!
