First time am visiting this place . Am a big fan of fresh beef patty . The essence of a truly remarkable burger lies in its main ingredient – the beef patty. Really happy to see they use real peanut oils for frying which is healthier than other existing market fry oils . Regular French fry for like a bag full which made me say “enough” for the day . Highlight here is they provide roasted shell peanut with natural sea salt Flavour in free of cost which I really helped me during my orders waiting time . Peanut are like jumbo and crispy , tasteful. Cooking hair in your food. Unprofessional and unfriendly attitude serving as a deterrent to further patronize this business. Disgusting cross contamination of food handling and not properly changing gloves as they move through different stations. It's usually the women workers who don't seem to understand customer service or properly preparing the food as ordered. 5 guys was one of 3 places I could eat at. Now, it's down to 2. I will never eat 5 guys again. Not just this location, but all branches moving forward. Congratulations.

My family and I came here to grab something for dinner, one of the computers the manager had to reboot which we understand how sometimes things are not under our own control. He proceeded to tell his employee that he can see us on the second computer if we pay with Apple Pay, which ended up not working. The issue was not that it wasn’t working we have worked in the food industry before we get things happen, what really made me upset was the lack of communication with the manager himself, no sympathy, no apology himself towards us. He simply told his employee in Spanish that it doesn’t work and as a Hispanic myself you couldn’t tell me either ? It’s 9:37pm most places close at 10pm. I would just appreciated a better communication, not even a “here’s a coupon for next time, or a comp”

Five Guys is a good burger, always has been.The fries are good and plentiful.Love the soda machine that lets you choose your favorite flavor.The restaurant was clean, service was good and staff was friendly.It is in a strip mall and was a Sunday so atmosphere wasn't so good but I wasn't there for atmosphere .I was there for good food and friendly, efficient service.Parking: It is a busy, often crazy place.Make sure your insurance is paid up and sit where you can see your car.The spaces are too few for the number of shops, most of which are restaurants

I placed a mobile order for curbside pickup. I followed the instructions on the app, marking when I was on the way and when I had arrived. After sitting and waiting for over 10 minutes after checking in on the app, I finally decided to call the store. Turns out, at this location they don't start your order until you CALL them. How was I supposed to know that? I wasted over 10 minutes waiting for my order that hadn't even been started.
