Service was not as good as normal I ordered 12 fire grilled wings they came out burnt I couldn't eat them waited for waitress to comeback she took them back waited foe a recorded order then they only brought back 8 wings asked for manager waited over 20 minutes for manager that never showed up to our table asked for a box for them to go cause wife was done eating waitress came back twice with no box so I told her to just take them back Manger never came to my table so we just left. We went to this restaurant alot with friends and this was the God awful service ever will not be going back at all service sucked and management is very horrible.

Disgusting worst food I’ve ever received. Burgers were burnt hockey pucks. Fried onion on burger was hard a rocks inedible. Old fashion had no liquor it was pink. Old fashioned are brown not pink terrible poor. Grab bisque was butter and pepper disgusting omg. My kids chocolate milk was made with spoiled milk seriously. Who’s cooking in the kitchen. Waste of money so bad location Odessa/land o lakes FL

Usually Glory Days, Brooksville Fl has been great Friday Sept 18 NOT! Ordered my usual Friday Fish Fry w dbl Mac. 1) Was on hold 2x forever. Finally heard a person say again 'One Moment Pls' I interrupted to ask for Mgr. She assured me she could handle complaint w/o Manager. Against my better judgment I told her of lengthy hold times. She again assured me & put me right though to To Go. When I got to rest, not long wait.The Fish was great. The sides were 1/2 the normal portion! It looked like 1 portion was cut in half for 2 dishes! I tried to call at 11 thinking a Mgr would p.u. Nope!So now I'm complaining to you!Thank [email protected]

Jordan our server was great ! However, the restaurant itself needs to be cleaned throughly. Floors, tables, counter tops, use a hot rag with bleach water to clean with, someone sweep the floors and the restrooms need to be picked up of paper towels, toilet paper on floor. When the manager of the evening walked by he picked up a napkin off the floor someone had dropped. He did then proceed to put it in trash can and go right for the ordering computer and did NOT wash his hands. Well I asked him why he didn't wash his hands he said he did. I saw him from head to toe the entire time and it was not washing his hands. He flat out lied to my face. Disrespectful and not the manager I would want running my restaurant. You cannot be a liar ! You MUST wash your hands as well. I am not happy with the cleanliness of this restaurant here lately. And someone needs to hire managers that are responsible ! We usually dine here once or twice a week, but not sure anymore at this point !

First let me say, I have been going to the Glory Days in Frederick Md for years. We have never had a problem with our food or service. Our waiter Bernie was wonderful. But from the moment we walked in and asked for a table outside got an eye roll from the hostess (not a professional response) We were seated, ordered our drinks, appetizers and food. So far still good! We got our food and everything was great until I took a bite of my salmon.. Right away it tasted funny.. I notified our waiter who apologized and placed a replacement order. Thats when it went down hill. The manager came to our table and instead of apologising, he said the next piece of salmon would be the same batch and asked if I sure that's what I wanted. He was very rude and had a very condescending tone throughout our conversation. I have never been treated with such disrespect. The next order at first was ok until I took a bite out of the middle. And again the same awful taste.. After looking at it, it was not cooked all the way through and started to smell bad within seconds.If this is the service provided, I can asure you neither I nor my family will ever go back.
