French bread/pirujos is the best, better than the one at the mega mart. The service is not good like almost every Latin place. But I'm going for their pirujos?

The bread was very stale, I bought two different kinds and both were equally stale :(

The bread is very delicious but it goes very quickly. This place does not keep enough product and prefers to sell little. That said, if the customer arrives in the afternoon or is looking for a popular bread, after 12PM and there is nothing. When they call to find out if they will have bread in the next hour or the next day they don't know. With so many years of experience and they don't know what time the bread comes out and they say that their bakers don't arrive at a specific time. Leaves the client out in the open. Like GuateBakery didn't leave the tricks of Guatemala. Dragging inconsistency, lies and the typical “I don't know, sir, come later” attitude in a country where being late is an offense and not at Latin time. If you plan to buy, you have to go with the idea that they will not have what you have in mind. And that's why I will stop consuming and give my money to another bakery. Luck!

Exceptional prices. Great tasting food and sweet breads. Very friendly service. If I lived in the area I’d be coming here everyday for breakfast.

We stumbled upon this bakery by accident and were not disappointed. Staff was so friendly and offered suggestions on what to order. We bought a few bakery items to go and our only regret was that we didn’t order more!Excellent pricing as well. We bought 4 pastries and it came out to just over $4.

This is a small bakery, however their prices are outrageous. They need to review their costs, their competitors are well better price. They are charging Starbucks prices.

my first time coming since I moved in the area and I love to try all the restaurant and support. this is the closest bakery near me. I'm so sorry to say but this place is not welcoming at all, there's no smiles, no costumer service! I recommend that the new ownership take these reviews serious, it's obvious that the clients here are screaming for better service. unfortunately this willbe my last visit here, I came in around 8:41am and there was no bread all shelves were empty, theres no menu so i assume only bread is sold here. I will continue to explore the area and hope that I find another bakery that I can come and enjoy some coffee and bread.

**** Beware of this place***********Came to this breakfast place early morning and it was one of the worst experience. The staff here is super unprofessional and only here for the job not to treat the client with respect. I wanted to get a breakfast platter but there was no menu to choice from, I over heard the person behind me ordering a breakfast platter and asked where the menu is? The lady was so upset I even asked and responded, there is no menu we only have a breakfast platter and breakfast sandwich. I asked you could please tell me what's in it? She was huffing and puffing just by me asking and said it so fast I had to have her repeat it to me, by this time I feltSo horrible even ordering I told her just give me two platters and no meat please so I don't know what I'll be getting on my plate. As you can see this place is empty there is only four bread selections here. If you come now that they do have a menu they just don't display which is so sad knowing that this is what they offer. The management seriously need to train their staff here, they aren't Friendly there's no thank you or welcome. This is a place I didn't feel welcomed coming in and won't ever be back. If this is your closest bakery I recommend you driving up a little up the bridge and find one that looks and feels more comfortable. I don't think anyone should come into a business we're we spend our money to not only get good food but also some type of service to make us come back for more. I traveled around the world and this place has to be worst for all Customer service, food quality and all the above!!!! I would give this place a minus 5 but unfortunately I can't. It's so sad that buisness like these are even open with the horrific service they have here. I hope that with this honest review there are changes.

Well known for the best french rolls your mouth will ever taste! Soft, tasty and amazingly delicious. Parking in the back. Beware, it's very busy at times and can sell out fast because of how good their baked goods are.

I drive 32 miles to come to this location to buy Guatemalan bread. I've been coming for the past 15yrs to get the bread my family enjoys, not as often as before but this is my go to place for good bread. I have to say, the bread is very delicious and I have not found any other location that can match it. I'm glad this location is still around. I must say they have improved their appearance and have renovated inside I wish the staff will be more welcoming and friendly as that is the only thing I don't approve of. If they up their customer service I'm sure they'll start to get 5 stars from their loyal customers. A smile goes a long way!
