Just Okay.. Ribs were super tender, but there was ZERO smoke flavor!! Nada! None! Taste like oven barbecue. I had to swim through all of the fat to get to the meat, (photo). No amount of sauce can replace genuine smoke flavor. I’m from Houston - I was hoping this hit home. It did not! I can for the smoke! If you’re okay with an oven-like taste and really good sauce, give them a shot.
