We always love coming here for the good feed and the wide variety of beers! Our service is always a little slow but generally good. We're sad to see the Pour House leave this area, and we hope they come back to our area again!

The Old Town Pour House is very poor. Poor service, poor food, poor ambiance. It's a good thing it's closing on October 24 since there is no reason why this place should be open.

Way too noisy. Service poor and slow. Few tables available for older/disadvantaged customers where they don't have to climb up to sit at a booth or table. Getting refills on drinks very difficult. Not a good place for kids. You can find much better food across the street at Coastal Flats. Very few if any tables that would accommodate a wheelchair. One star a generous rating in my opinion.

Old Town Pour House is one of our favorite go-tos, but this trip they weren't quite up to snuff. We reserved a low top table, but they didn't hold one for us so we had to wait until something cleared. We ended up in a booth with 1 step, but were able to make it work. The hostess very kindly provided a chair for our guest to sit on while waiting for the table to clear. The smoked ribs were served extremely overdone to the point they were hard as a rock in some places. We should have sent them back. However, it took along time for our meal to arrive originally, so didn't want to risk having to wait that long again for a replacement. All the other food was quite good. We were disappointed that the restaurant was out of so many beers listed on their board. It would be helpful if they were covered when they ran out. Also, having to choose among 50+ beers on your phone is quite difficult-would like to see a return of the printed beer menu. Hopefully, this was a one-off and things will go more smoothly on our next visit.

I've been here a handful of times. The food is good and reasonably priced. The service is not good. This is not about individual waiters/waitresses, the restaurant is understaffed. You need a lot of patience to eat here. Forget about ordering a second drink and getting the check can take almost as long as your meal. The management needs to hire more staff, it's not more complicated than that.
Wonderful service, delicious food and they were so nice to not only bring a delicious dessert for our special occasion but they also wrote congratulations on the plate - so lovely! Everyone in our party enjoyed the apps and entrees- Thank you!

Brunch here was fantastic. Great menu with a bunch of different options. We had a hard time choosing! My husband had Mother's Little Helper and I had the Ball and Biscuit. Both were delicious! We will definitely be coming back for brunch specifically. Thank you!

A wide variety of Menu choices -- something for everyone. Drinks were delicious and reasonably priced. Manager stopped by our table, thanked us for our patronage and gave our group of 4 two different appetizers to sample...nice touch!

I'm excited to share my wonderful experience at this bar and restaurant! The dry rubbed wings were absolutely delicious, with a burst of flavors that really hit the spot. Our friendly waiter, Somnoma, not only helped us choose drinks that perfectly matched our meal but also made us feel right at home. It was such a lovely surprise to see our friends from out of town treated to complimentary dishes, adding a special touch to their visit. And the best part? They're open until 2 am, which is fantastic for late-night cravings. All in all, it's a great spot offering delicious food, Somnoma's attentive service, and a warm ambiance.

I had an amazing experience at this bar and restaurant! The dry rubbed wings were absolutely delicious, bursting with flavor. The waiter, Somnoma, was not only friendly but also recommended drinks that perfectly complemented our meal. A delightful surprise was the complimentary food our visiting friends received, making their experience memorable. What really stood out was the fact that the place stays open until 2 am, which is a huge advantage for those late-night cravings. Overall, a fantastic spot with great food, excellent service from Somnoma, and a welcoming atmosphere!
Had brunch - French toast is very sweet but delicious. Chicken and waffles are cut bite size. Strange/kiddish presentation, but flavor is good. Fair warning: If you don't like spicy, be careful for the spicy syrup.

Pour House was one of my favorite restaurants in DTCrown for years. Today, a few BNI colleagues of mine joined me at PH at my recommendation, and it was a disaster.1pm, 2 tables were seated, the place was empty. 45 mins to get Taco's, the server was nowhere to be found.Food finally came out, and after a few minutes, I noticed my green salsa was acidic (spoiled), and I quietly told the server. When she came back 10 minutes later, I was told it wasn't spoiled, it just sat in the window too long. A few minutes later, one of my friends noticed his pickles were also spoiled.Again, I approached the server quietly and professionally.Another server came back to the table 10-15 minutes later, and gave us 2 $7 gift cards and an apology.Good grief, Charlie Brown. Really. The food looked good, but that's about where our good experience ended.Incredibly disappointing.

It was a sports bar type of place. It was so loud that you couldn't carry on a conversation with someone who was more than two feet away. The food was mediocre, but the service was quite good. Definitely a place for the younger crowd.

My husband and I had a WONDERFUL time at The Pour House. The drink menu and bartender were the perfect midday experience. Our bartender/server SHAY DIMES was the best part of our experience. Her comedic humor, personality and drink recommendations were SPOT on. We told her the different flavors we enjoyed and every drink she prepared hit the spot. SHAY DIMES we appreciate you and look forward to our next visit!
