I want to give in negative stars If i would. Anytime you go they do not have few veggies available. many time toast bread in microwave even request not to use microwave. Staff not understand and speak english at all, do not know to get payment from e-gift card & very rude with attitude. I am IT guy & requesting to use "Gift Card Pay" tender but show attitude & tell me they work since 10 years. throw my sandwich on back table & rudely told me to pay using cash/credit card. When requesting to speak with manager, rudely say i am the manager, Negative customer service ever!Vegetarian options: I see non-veg food on top of cheese container & they put it back & serve that cheese to vegetarian customer. Not change hand gloves & put it in veggie container. Highly recommend vegetarian customer should not visit this subway.

Today was my second time coming to this location and I was treated very rudely. Both times I asked to order one catering size box and I was asked "right now". I explain that yes I am wanting to put my order in right then, but I don't mind letting the whole line go and I know that it will take a moment to make the order. The first time I was told no because it was lunch time. Today I was told no that I need to make the order in two hours. Im not sure if this rule varies by location but this is the only location who has told me this. Its not what you say but how you say it , I definitely won't be at this location again.

Not a fan of the staff here and I usually don't leave bad reviews. Also, they do not accept coupons. I just paid $25 for a sandwich medium drink and chips because if I don't ask for extra meat they will be very skimpy.

I have read the ratings on this Subway, and they really do not make sense to me, my work takes me to the Gaithersburg area frequently and I come to this particular Subway rather often, never have I had any problems or issues with the employees here, make my sub, no attitude, they are always friendly to me. In short be nice and treat people with respect, no problems.

Walked in for lunch, as I was reading the expiration date of the coupon to make sure it is still valid...a woman behind the counter yelled at me "No Coupons!!!" "Hey, we don't take coupons!" and then pointed to the handmade sign in small letters that was propped up at the top of the counter. Ordering food continued to be an unpleasant experience... Food was merely okay, the rude and unfriendly customer service pretty much ruined the meal experience. I will NEVER visit this Subway location EVER again!!! Avoid this Subway location at all costs - you are wasting your time for rude people and a mediocre meal experience.
