We decided, two days before Easter to have a family gathering at a restaurant, we selected Ted’s Bulletin for the occasion. We were hoping (wishful thinking) but not expecting the restaurant could accommodate twenty patrons and and able to be seated at one table. I contacted the restaurant and spoke with Jason the manager. We were able to work together to make it happen, it took a miracle and we have him to thank. The restaurant was packed, the atmosphere was happy and pleasant. The total experience, without a doubt was everything I hoped for. As a retiree, working in a profession where team work is a necessity for providing outstanding service I tend to focus on the teamwork of staff and managers wherever i go. Jason went above and beyond the call of duty accommodating our family. I would also like to mention our waiters, Rosbin and Fernando for their attentiveness, pleasant and prompt service. I went here for my birthday, and Tay was our server. He was knowledgeable and I could tell without asking him that he enjoys what he does. He's great with his customers and knows much about Ted's restaurants to the level that I knew Urban BBQ's restaurants back in the 2010s when they had their run. The staff all works together as a team, and as someone who spent his 20s in foodservice that's a very refreshing sight to see. I ordered the huevos rancheros, and I am sitting here wishing i could just eat it again. My brother got the burger, and seeing a sit-down restaurant that makes smash burgers was also uncommon and really neat. My stepdad got steak and eggs-nothing to shake a stick at, and my mother got the reuben, which I polished off later that night. I was given S'mores ted tarts for my dessert, and I have to say I'll never eat pop tarts from the box again. I can't wait for my next visit.

Tay did a great job of being our waiter as we were first timers. Very knowledgeable of the menu and outstanding service. Great team work from the entire staff.
Everyone raves about the milkshakes. I thought it was just okay. Overall it's a nice place and usually very busy. IMO the food is just okay nothing stand out or memorable.

You'll spend $30 on just a normal breakfast. Which is a bit steep for what is too often just isn't that large an up-step from a typical breakfast dish.

This is in the Crown. It feels luxurious, but strangely welcoming. I went due to a MoCo passport, and this place makes me willing to come in the future.Parking: There is street parking and garage parking in the area. Very convenient and allows people to walk around

The general manager seems very inappropriate towards his employees, I came here with my wife for a nice anniversary meal. That was obviously the wrong choice, the general manager ended up screaming at one of his employees in the office, everyone could hear it. It was absolutely disgusting. Our server Nom took wonderful care of us and did NOT deserve the treatment he got. He ended up having to leave in the middle of our meal, so we were taken care of by Tay (also a wonderful young man!) But I am sad to say my family and I will not be coming back to this location, seeing as how this man treats his employees I feel for anyone who has to work underneath him.

My group and I arrived for a team lunch. It was midday and not very busy. However, our waiter Emma made some mistakes with our orders. The chicken Parmesan and garlic bread came out burnt, and the fried shrimp was inedible. To top it off, the pop tarts weren't even warm. Overall, it was a disappointing and unpleasant dining experience. The food was below average - cold and unappetizing.

They got rid of the Ted Hash :( one of my favorites. Wasnt brave e ough for the Duck Hash. Food was still good as always.
