Terrible service. Food was bland and portion was not great for what they charged.Details if you're so inclined:- Ordered online for a pickup at 7pm. Arrived there to get it at 6:55.- Host asked me my name and then went to check on the food. He came back and reported "they were just packing it up". No problem.- I went to the bar (next to the host stand) and waited. While distracted on my phone, I didn't realize it had been about 10 minutes.- The host came back over to me around then and asked again what my name was. I told him and he went to the other end of the bar and sure enough my food had been sitting there. I asked him if it had and he assured me it had "just come out" (a lie).- I was foolish enough to leave with it.- When I arrived home I found my food cold. Fries were soggy and cold, the two (yes only two) onion rings were cold. The burger was so-so, and yes, cold.- I called and asked for the "Manager". A woman got on the phone and said she was the "acting Manager". I told her about my experience. I was honestly expecting some damage control from her but all I got was "I will tell the person at the front desk." and she hung up (not rudely). My expectation would have been at a minimum an apology. And at most have them offer to give us something for our troubles.- This is not the first time we have had poor service from TMG. But it will be the last. Too many other places to eat and get good food.

It's a decent steak house, definitely better than Outback. Service is slooow. I didn't feel like cooking, so I told my friend, "Let's go here, since I wanted to stay in the area. My steak was cooked to perfection, but the salmon was even better,so that will be on my list for next time. Friendly staff though, and ambiance is perfect for a meet up the girls, or date night with your BAE.

Wish I had liked it better. The Bison was a bit dry, broccoli was undercooked, and the $13 onion rings lacked onion. The staff was pleasant, will continue to do my business lunches down the street at Coastal Flats.

Sat at the bar. The bartenders could be more professional. Felt like they were trying to give the vibe of a party atmosphere like lone star steakhouse was back in the day, or what Texas Roadhouse is but in a pricey zip code and ok food.
We go every Wednesday night after our friendly soccer game. Dan takes care of us wonderfully. Kudos to Dan for his professionalism and attentiveness.
