Need for DIVERSITY in the kitchen , the taste and freshness has gotten to its lowest point. This is the worst location and it used to be one of the best.every time I go the chicken is room temperature or cold. Shelf life for the fresh food needs to be addressed.

The truth is that I just bought my food and Miss Dina and Samina behaved very well, they are very friendly and the cook José is an excellent worker.

I had a bad experience First they gave me my order wrong and the terrible and rude attitude of the supervisor who is unprofessional He was giving me things in a bad way. I went to the restaurant to buy with my money, not to ask her for the name of that lady, Dina. He also pretended to call himself something else, very arrogant.

We have NEVER received wings this small (pinky size) in over 50 years of ordering chicken.

The worst experience. I ordered 6 wing combo, and I stated that I wanted regular seasoned wings and red beans and rice. Cashier said that it’s just a “lil bit spice, not too much”, and I repeated that I did not want ghost pepper wings. I got my order after waiting longer than anyone should have to in a fast food atmosphere. It’s not like you had to cook the chicken as there was plenty under the heat lamps. The staff was extremely slow. One bite of the chicken and I knew that it was ghost pepper seasoning, and the chicken didn’t taste or look done. It had a slimy wet texture to it and I wouldn’t take another bite. I tried the red beans and rice…, and it was horrible. How do you mess up the flavor of Popeyes signature side dish!? One bite and I closed the lid. I will never go to this location again.

IMPORTANT!!!!!!!! Please make sure to check your Food first before leaving the store. My experience with this store was really bad. To make matters worse, we overheard staff members yelling at each other in the kitchen, which only added to our discomfort and made us feel unwelcome. The combination of cold food, poor service, and inappropriate behavior. Avoid choosing this specific store please !!!

Honestly my family and I been coming here for years. The service and food went downhill. My elderly mother bought me chicken tenders you will think Sauces comes complimentary, but my mom told me the Sauces aren't free and that they charge 53 cents each. From now on, I get my chicken tenders from Chikfila where Sauces are includedwith the meal. I don't know if the management had changed here.

Also, when my mother brought our food home. They never put my chicken tenders in the bag !! And you have the nerve to charge for sauces . Shame on you!!! Made my trip to other popeyes in Germantown service was better.

Fast service. Great food. I'm disappointed they took flounder off the menu. Flexible service. I order beans without rice and gravy without the potatoes. They serve the right up promptly with no complaints.

I ordered boneless wings and bone in buy one get one free for both. My boneless wings came in one big container and did not add up to 12 there were fried extremely hard pieces that were in the box as a boneless wing and was nothing but chicken batter fried. This is one of the worst restaurants in the area the male cook in the back, cooks your food based off of how much he likes you or dislikes you, he will give you fat and no meat on purpose, he will give you ugly looks and purposely burn your food purposely not put the toppings on it. This is the worst Popeyes and the cook needs to be fired. That guy is very rude and bitter and he makes the other employees look down because they know he’s doing it but they don’t want to speak up. don’t spend your money here and if you don’t have too.
