The ice cream met the expectation, but everything else was underwhelming. The donuts were a little dry and it was only noon. The store also had a weird smell like an underarm body odor. The sweetness of the donuts made it unpleasant.
We were visiting friends in the area and wanted ice cream. So we looked at Baskin-Robbins.com and picked what we wanted. This location refers you to the corporate website. When we get to the location it is a combo with Dunkin. No inside access. Drive thru only. I attempted to order sundaes from the website but was told very rudely that they don’t have that. Oh my goodness.... I called ahead looking for a chocolate ice cream cake. The young lady was pleasant and had very nice professional telephone etiquette. She helped me in explaining and checking their inventory. Overall I received great customer service!! My dad enjoyed his birthday cake!!
