This Chuck E Cheese is great! We had a birthday party for my 3 year old and he loved it! Their pizza is some of the best you will find. I miss the play place they use to have when I kid but the kids still had a great time.

Very clean, family friendly & fun experience for my kids. I have been to this location twice during the weekday ( Aug 2022 & Feb 2024). It's very calm and quiet during the weekdays, and If you get there early, you might be the only customers for awhile, which we loved too. We are not avid video gamers but truly enjoyed all the options from ride ons to shooting games. There is games for ALL AGES from toddlers to older kids and adults. I even caught myself playing a few games. There was SO MANY GAMES TO PLAY and we didn't get to them all before my kids got tired. The timed play was perfect for my kids and my pockets. The pizza was buttery and flavorful. Chucky Cheese even made an appearance during our visit which I personally loved. All of the staff working was truly helpful and professional during our visit. Bringing my kids here has personally brought back childhood memories for me at Chucky Cheese. Thank you for still being around all these years later and we looked forward to another visit soon.

Took the kids here on a Saturday morning. We walked in 10-min after opening and were the only customers for about 30-min. Upon entry, there was no employee at the register so we had to wait a few min for one to come out from the back. We ended up being charged for a whole extra play card due to scanning an online coupon for bonus points and it seemed like a hassle for the employee to fix it so we had to let it slide. The employee promptly disappeared behind the scenes and the kids started playing. Some of the machines in the corner weren't on and there was no employee visible to alert of the issue. There were some drink cups and trash littered around by the games so it was obvious that nobody does a walk-around check before opening. We found several machines to not be in good working order. One of the blasters in the Luigi Mansion game didn't fire, the steering wheel at one of the little driving games didn't turn left, and the whack a mole games had trouble registering hits. Any game that involved throwing balls had some or all of them missing. Of the 4 skeeball machines, all of the balls were in only one of them so I had to spread them around so we could play more than one at a time. Customers should not be the ones finding and addressing these issues if management cares about the establishment. The bright spot of our visit was the pizza, which is actually decent if you like a garlicky crust. The fries were limp and a sad addition to the meal. The next time the kids want Chuck E. Cheese, we'll drive to a different one and hope their management takes better care of the place.

Brought my son to another kid's birthday party, staff wasn't ready on time, 3 of the wristbands for arcade games didn't work, pizza was what I expected.Other family had a party booked at the same time and the party we were attending was not properly set up by staff. Staff was visibly upset when dealing with the very reasonable parent complaints. No doubt they spent a bunch of money, planned in advance, showed up early, and still their table wasn't properly decorated on time. Why???Kid-friendliness: Games are really oriented for kids under 10, arcade cabinets and games of chance are configured for short play to increase turnaround.
