I wanted to give a review of my recent visit to Aleko’s. I don’t get there often, but have been going there for more than 10 years. The food has always been great. I did look at the other reviews before I went just out of curiosity.Called my order in and picked it up. Opened it up to munch on the fries on the way home. Realized I had a small cup of dressing for a large Greek salad and not much tzatziki sauce on the gyro. The meat was also well-done, not burnt.Went back to the restaurant and shared my concerns. They were very happy to fix all deficiencies and shared some suggestions to avoid misunderstandings. Very good advice.- Let them know how you want the meat cooked, well-done, barely warm or somewhere in between. We all have different tastes; we have no problem telling an order taker how we want our steaks cooked.- Check your order before you leave for completeness. We are all human and occasionally make mistakes.Reading over the other reviews I read some people complained the gyros weren’t even made correctly. You couldn’t pick it up to eat.We have so many different ethnic foods available to us and we say we like them, but we need to be honest, we do tend to “Americanize” them sometimes. The “in” thing now are bowl meals. Maybe Aleko’s is trying to get in on that too by the way they assemble the gyros. If you want it done ‘traditionally’ make sure they know that, order it that way.I will continue to support Aleko’s, I love their food. I have no problem giving specifics as to the way I want my food. Always amazing. The boardwalk fries are like your in OC. Everything we have tried is great. My husband loves the angus cheesesteak. Real chunks of meat. The salads are huge with a nice portion of everything. Very friendly staff and food is always correct. You will never be disappointed.
Great food. They now require $15 for free delivery. Please change your website, it still says $10.

They have great food. I got the shrimp and fries. I love boardwalk fries and they give you a nice size serving. The shrimp was breaded with a nice seasoning. It came with garlic bread which added to the taste.

Drive thru only. No indoor seating, walk-up service counter at front of the store.Parking: This is a drive thru only fast food place. No parking is needed.

The food here is sooo good and the price is perfect! We typically get the lamb gyro platter, baked crab cake sandwiches, chicken tenders, and we love the funnel cake "fries". Portion sizes are wonderful and we are always stuffed after dinner.. Wait time is crazy if you are picking up because they are always busy (The food is THAT good!) but I have found if I order for delivery food gets here extremely fast. Highly Recommend!
Well worth the wait! The food was so delicious I couldn’t even stop to take a picture because it was beautiful and fresh as well. I don’t know what authentic greek food taste like from Greece but I worked at old Chicago pizza owned by greeks and this food took me back. I had the Gyro platter.

3rd straight delivery that was told 45- 1hr and it took 2+ hrs. Excuses are abundant. I used to order here all the time last week was the last time. Promised hot food and still had cold hard subs. Oh the reason we didn't receive our order in a timely manner is the girl answering the restaurant couldn't be worse at an easy job. She took my order and never got "my phone number " nor my address. Last I checked all restaurant have a caller ID. So she waited for me to call back in an 1hr 35mins after the first call. Took me 3 calls and the driver or the girl on the phone did listen to where the driveway. Driver didn't wanna give me my order to check to see if was cold or not. Thankful for my air fryer. Save your fortune they charge. Quilty as for food and service is not worth it. The drive thru pick you'll also wait 35 mins. Do not patronize this establishment unless you want 99.9% disappointment. Sincerely last time customer and will spread the word on my FB page for all friends to see. This place is a mistake. Needs to overhaul on staff or just close up. Stop screwing your customers and nobody wants old ultra dry 4 day Baklava as compensation. It's a slap in face on a $60 order for 2. Thumbs down.

Greek Nachos and steak and cheese were good. Angus steak and cheese was a little untraditional just fyi (chunks instead of shredded beef). Not bad for Greek fast food. Good portions.
