I absolutely love this place, my go to! The portions are unbelievable for such an amazing price. Highly recommend to anyone who's looking for cheap quick delicious Chinese food!
This place is in the food court at the Hagerstown outlet. The price is pretty reasonable, however, the food is only okay. The fried rice in my meal was a tad undercooked, but I thought the chicken was well flavored. This place wouldn't be my go-to, but I would eat there again for a quick Americanized Chinese food experience.

I got some bomb orange chicken here. It was very good and the staff was nice. I'm not sure about all the people complaining about the amount of food. I got what I paid for and it tasted like any other Chinese food.
