Called to order delivery and she said no delivery only pick up, and before I could say ok I'd like to pick up they hung the phone. Horrible customer service.

I absolutely love chopstix and have found it EXTREMELY hard to find anywhere where I moved to (mount airy, md) or even in Frederick! So I've been driving to hagerstown when I do want chinese food and going here! (Also recommend both of the stores beside of chopstix, the little grocery market, and simple pleasures.)I absolutely love the food here and I will continue driving 45 minutes to get it! Totally worth it! I like to get the house chow Mei fun and they are the only place I've had that don't try to pass off some absolutely bland overcooked mess!Parking: Huge parking lot for the shopping center that frequently has quite a few spots open!

I have a special place in my heart (and my waistline) for these kind of strip mall [the seedier the better] Chinese food places. I have had plenty of high end and even home made by native speakers chinese dishes. There is something special about the styrofoam and now vented plastic container of americanized goodies. Thank you covid for advancing carryout technology! I got Hunan Beef and fried rice, pork egg rolls and donuts for the wife ($25). Pleasant service, very quick. Would definitely be a regular if we lived here.Parking: Slightly scary run down strip mall...perfect for this kind of food!

I used to work as a delivery staff in this restaurant, and during this period of work, I found that the restaurant owner often deducted tips from customers to the delivery staff, especially tips on online orders that were half deducted by the owner. When I found out about this situation, I resigned the next morning, and the boss got angry with me and even hit me. This is a black hearted restaurant.

nice people but we bought Chinese diners. Grease was old. Gave everything a bad taste. We ordered two orange chickens, two pork fried rice, two egg rolls. Take out just over $60. DON'T DO IT

This is my favorite Chinese place. They have amazing food and somehow I swear they just get better each time. The staff is always friendly and half the time remember my face lol.

Horrible customer service. The lady rolled her eyes and seemed inconvenienced when I came to pick up an order. Then slammed the food down as well as the window and just walked away. No thank you or even a smirk. As someone who’s worked in the food industry for almost 10 years, it’s just unacceptable.

I ordered Pad Thai, but what I got was definitely not pad thai. I have a gluten allergy so I can’t eat soy sauce. However Pad Thai doesn’t contain soy sauce, it’s a mix of tamarind paste and fish sauce. But this restaurant apparently doesn’t know that, because I got pad thai noodles with a brown sauce that has soy sauce in it. I can only assume they do this because soy sauce is incredibly inexpensive compared to tamarind paste / fish sauce. If you don’t want to serve Pad Thai then dont put Pad Thai on your menu, just call it “Thai Stirfry” or something and no one would care.
