This Cicis location is alright, nothing too amazing. The pizza I had was a bit overcooked and might have been sitting there a bit. I had ordered a special request pizza too but they just ended up putting it out on the buffet so I don't know if they bring them out to the tables anymore or if there was just an issue in translation since I don't think the lady I talked to spoke English, just Spanish.Overall it's much better than some locations I've been to but it's not the best or amazing, just mid/mediocre.

I went there last night with my 3 grandchildren. Place was very dirty & outdated. Not many varieties of pizza. Only for dessert was cut up brownies something like that left out on the end of the counter not cover or protect. . salad bar all stuff not fresh old . Just been sitting there for awhile. The pizza that was out was room temperature and over cook stuff. The pasta sauces you could tell they haven't been stirred in awhile. The kids tried it and we left in 10 minutes. They hardly had anything out. Watch male staff returned from sitting in the back and only rinsed his hands off behind counter. So many health Violations. This place should really be closed down. I can only imagine how many people get sick there on a daily base .

it is currently valentine’s day. we live in PA, about 30 minutes out, so we decided to come down to experience a valentine’s dinner date at cici’s pizza.we arrived at the fast food buffet at 845 and the sign said they closed at 9pm… on google it says 10pm… we would’ve rushed earlier if the times were correct/updated on google AND the website! ?we walked in to ask if they were open or if the door sign was an error since the website and google both mentioned that cici’s closes at 10pm. the employee told us to pay the last 10 or so minutes but they’re not making any more pizza (?)… another family walked in behind us & the employee rudely told them “we close in 10 minutes you know this”… then motioned them to come forward & told them to pay for the rest of the 10 minutes as well… idk why i wasted my time driving down here for nothinggg

Please don’t ever close down these restaurants, I celebrated my birthdays at the Cici’s pizza in my city until it shut down and boy do I miss the Cinnamon rolls (best in the world) and the Mac N Cheese Pizza! If this restaurant chain ever shuts down for good I will kill myself. These places bring Joy to families and kids everywhere. If only the one I loved didnt shut down because of Covid :(Kid-friendliness: There was an arcade in the back of the one in my town, I am not so sure about this one but every kid had a blast and every kid enjoyed their time there.

The staff was amazing from cashier to manager to cooks and bussers! We came in at 8:35, (Google said the closed at 10, however, they closed at 9) I was going to just order some ? to go, the cashier said if you want to stay we will make you fresh pizza, and they did! Never once rushed us, had fresh pizzas and desserts out, absolutely amazing experience! Thanks guys! Will definitely be back, hopefully at a more decent hour ?

This was the worst CiCi's pizza we have ever been too. As soon as we walk in the cashier tells us that they do no allow free water cups, claiming that "corporate" banned them. I asked if this is a high crime area and he began mumbling something about people getting into fist fights. He was extremely rude. The decor of the dining room was very bland. The tables were spaced out really far. The arcade was mostly claw machine games. They were out of ranch dressing. They struggled to get the buffet back to being stocked.
Pretty alright, especially considering I haven’t had CiCi’s in over half a decade.

We have never had an issue the times we have gone here. We were here about a week ago and the buffet was full of pizza and always replaced before getting empty, or at least right as the last piece was being picked up. The salad and soup and cheese bread are my favorite part, I keep forgetting about how good the soup is until the end. I also love the macaroni pizza, it's not something I'd normally eat, so definitely a guilty pleasure haha. The dessert pizza is good too. Good place for a casual meal. Prices do seem a tad bit high, but I don't each much due to WLS and normally doggie bag most meals so all buffets feel like that to me lol . When they have coupons it's a great deal.

Everything tasted awful from pizza to desert. Salad was brown and slimy! Paid 26 bucks for myself and my son. Wouldnt eat there again for free it was that bad! Was supposed to be for sons Bday dinner but I felt awful it was not bday worthy.
