I have been going to Cinnabon since about the year they opened; and while each store is different (the manager at the shop that was in Lakeforest Mall before it became completely ghetto and ran off every good store, including the Cinnabon, was the greatest Cinnabon employee ever.) This store was the absolute worst. In case you didn't get my feeling, this store was the absolute worst. It wasn't the 3 employees leaning against the back counter on their phones because one did tear herself away and ask what we wanted. It was the absolute nastiness. I asked for a box of 4 and was told we are out of boxes of 4. I asked if she could put 3 in a box and was told yes, but I will charge you forn4 singles. Keep in mind it was 10 minutes before closing and there were Cinnabon everywhere, most of a tray of the regular size and plenty of other varieties. Needless to say we didn't get anything. Horrible people, no idea how the Cinnabons were.

They are supposed to close at 9pm. Two times we went and they were closed before 8pm. Very disappointed!!

Online it said they were open at 11:00 am, but when I went into the mall at 11:30 am and walked to their counter, the Cinnabon employee at the counter was not very friendly or helpful and after I stood there for a minute waiting for assistance, I still had to ask for her attention for her just to tell me she can’t help me and that they aren’t open until 12:00 pm. Horrible customer service.

I love any Cinnabon but if I had to rate this one I'd give it a 4 star based on the Cinnabon being a good item but they aren't very friendly. Friendliness goes a long way in any business. Would definitely be 5 stars if they were better. Do not get me wrong, they weren't bad people just didn't feel the welcoming that you'd normally get at other 5 stars and that sometimes is what seperates one 5 star from a 4. Enjoy them either way.
