Ate there last night. Everything was over cooked. The crab legs were overcooked. It seems like they are cooking them in water instead of streaming them. All the other food there also was overcooked. My friend ordered a steak medium well and it was way over cooked. She had to get another baked potato because it was hard. The second one she got was like it was cooked all day. It was not the experience we expected for there prices. I expect better when I pay theses prices. Will not return.

Had to update my review of this place after 6 months, they have definitely stepped up their quality of service and food. A wider variety of options, better quality of food, the woman who prepares the breakfast bar (most days) is phenomenal and offers great service!

Great atmosphere,but the price is not even close to worth the food. Seafood buffet had everything overcooked and stringy. Even the freshly brought out food. Save the money and do another seafood place be it Ruth's in Fairfield, or someplace else.

Disappointed!!! Food Very Expensive. Went on Friday evening. Did not get buffet. Ordered off menue. Reservation at 6, served at 7. Food arrived cold and not how we ordered. Hamburger ordered medium, came well done. Complained!! Next hamberger came out rare!!! Will not return for food. HOT FUN BAND was awesome!!

On Wednesday Feb. 14th, we ate there for All you can eat Crab legs and other seafoodThe crab legs were terrible, couldnt not get the meat out. Like they were over cooked. Other food was good.Went there Feb 21st to give them a retry, we were told it was the crab legs and that thia day they were from a different vendor.Crab legs hit or miss. Maybe mixed batches together. Slow on keeping pans fillled. Steamed shrimp was so dried out could hardly get the shell off.Mac and cheese, was all dry, wasnt really hotBoth nights the bathroom had no toilet paper, no paper towel on 14th .. and 21st a big roll sitting on sink which was getting wet. The sink had one faucet working and not very good. Water was barley coming out.Very disappointed, we been there a few months back before Christmas and it was all good.

My husband and I absolutely love this place!!! It has become our go-to for special occasions & date night! We prefer going on a Wednesday around 3pm because it’s usually just us. We have tried several dishes including steak and the salad bar and everything is always top notch! Servers are super friendly, food comes quick and it’s a plus that they have a bar inside as well! We didn’t get to go on Valentine’s Day because we assumed it would be packed but we will be making reservations this coming weekend for my birthday! Our next visit I will post some photos I’m usually not much of a picture taker especially during date night I try to be engaged w/ my hubby not on my phone!
Tried their new Mexican night today. It was very good...chicken, beef, shrimp, taco shells soft and hard, lime cilantro rice, queso, black beans, refried beans, enchilada. They made us a cheese shrimp quesadilla. All you can eat at a reasonable price 15.99....$2

Our server was super nice and attentive. The restaurant was very clean. The food however was left alot to be desired. We had the NYE seafood buffet. We were there when the food was first set out. The shrimp was tough and overdone. The soup and prime rib were so salty. The soup wasn't edible it was so salty. The mashed potatoes weirdly had no salt. They were flavorless. The crab legs were good,so was the salad bar. The steak my husband had was overcooked but good and the Alfredo was actually pretty good. Def wouldn't go back. It was incredibly overpriced for the quality.

We needed to run to Hagerstown for some errands on Tuesday evening and I remembered the special at Fireside. We went in and ordered 2 of the steak with all you can eat shrimp and mini crab cakes. My son was turning 8 two days later and he wanted to try the same, so I let him. I asked the waitress if they had a kids version and she said they didn't. I still said OK and let him get it. Our steaks came pretty quickly and they were very good. The shrimp were fine, but the crabcakes were pretty dry. My daughter wanted shrimp and French fries, so she ordered the fried shrimp appetizer. It took a long time for them to come, but after she brought them to the table I understood why. The shrimp were huge and were very good, best thing we had. Everything in the building is very dated, but we will go back at some point and give it another try.
