Usually 4-5 stars for Jersey Mikes..but only issue was this location during middle of lunch rush and all the White Sub Bread was STALE..maybe last nights batch...could tell when they cut and first bite bread was dry and TOUGH...otherwise always a winner

The general manager of this location is extremely rude to staff. Throwing things around the kitchen yelling, slamming things around. I asked for the manager and this was the general manager her nor staff will give me her name. I will never visit this location and be treated this way. I have never seen such poor professionalism in a place of business from a leader!

Just walked in waited no one in store but me. The cutter for meat and cheese was dirty with dried out meats and cheese. You could tell it had not been cleaned for several hours. I asked are you going to clean this. Someone said yes but with 5 people no one moved to clean and no one acknowledged me. Don't go here this is a definite health issue!!!

My boyfriend ordered a sub and I ordered a bowl. I wanted everything that automatically comes on it +Mayo, pickles, and banana peppers. My boyfriend ordered his sub with everything that automatically comes on it + the spicy pepper relish. They instead decided to put his spicy pepper relish on my bowl and my pickles + banana peppers on his sub. I was able to get most of the pepper relish off my bowl but was not happy to still be able to taste a little bit of spiciness. If I wasn’t starving I would have gone back, but I was so hungry I was about to pass out. I don’t even know how they could mess up 2 different food items that much. Needless to say, I will not be going to this Jersey Mikes location ever again.

Sophia was such a delicious worker and she’s the only reason I bought food here.
