Went in to get food. 2nd time in a week. No hot and ready pizzas. Staff was rude. Tried to order online first. Put my card info in and was denied. I suggest the competition. Three tries to get food from this location. Three times, no food. I'll be watching my card. Do not trust the staff at this location.

Can't even get you the right side dipping sauce you order then there is absolutely no way to contact them! They either hang up on you or leave you on hold forever I never did get through to anyone I wait for for over a half hour and gave up, other things to do. This was supposed to give me a convenient meal but it's been anything but. STAY AWAY!!!!!!

Ok so in fairness this review is going to be based on 1 employee. That employee Austin, twice now I've been there the past few months while he was working, and both times he was helpful, polite and steadily working while multi tasking. He is definitely the type of employee you want on your staff, and probably leading the crew. Only posting this because many other experiences through the years there, and they have never been a good place to go to. That's why we don't go there often. If this would have been our 1st time there it would have been a 5 star just for that guy alone...

It took 45 min.'s to get my order, workers standing around talking, one worker got nasty with me, said, Sat. night we are busy in a nasty tone. other customers were not happy either. customers were talking about it to each other.
As long as I have worked at the burhans location I have seen some screwed up things. Boss complain to workers about not being able to get his employees to clean and been told that's ur responsibility if u scared to fire people and make ur workers do their job then leave. Instead of making the employees be held for ur wrong doing and all our workers to have drug deals and smoke ke weed in n the bathroom go on and stick ur middle finger up at the employees behind their back. This location really doesn't need to be open do to not being ran properly with customer service call outs too much and short staff bc u allow ur workers to call off then food isn't mark so you don't know if the food is and no good hygiene as well as a lot of cross contamination going on I repeatedly caught store really needs closed or people going to wind up sick no joke

Little Ceasars pizza is as common of a pizza as they come. You can't beat the 5 dollar hot-n-ready pizzas.The atmosphere at this location however was as unprofessional as they come. From what I assume was the manager flirting/hitting on the shift workers while customers waited to everyone smelling like weed.Outside of those oddities everything else was greatParking: The lot is small so if you drive a truck, drive slowly
