Place was pretty bare when we went. Usually we always go here because of the great service. We ordered our food, when we got our drinks, we had to flag someone down to get straws. Then our salads came with our appetizers, except for one which was forgotten, and one that didn't have any dressing on it. While we were starting to eat, our main meal came out. Except for one that was forgotten to be made, again. Also one of the meals wasn't done properly. The waitress, Cheyenne, said that the computer was acting up.

Had reservations, arrived 5 minutes early. Waited 45 minutes, no text, name never called, was sitting RIGHT BY the host spot. When I finally asked what was up, they claimed they "paged me multiple times" I showed her my phone to prove I had not been contacted, plus never once heard my name called. Was asked to stick around, would be another 20 minute wait, um no thank you.

Perfectly cooked Ribeye steak with a testy Onion Soup. Even the bread was fresh at this Outback Steak House. The service was great and the speed of service top it off. A really good option if you’re in the mood for steaks in the area.

Our Server was good. The food not so much. Outback has gone way down hill especially for the high price of the food. We sent almost all our food back and didn't order anything else but still got charged for most of our food. Not sure if we will be back.

OMG we came in about a month ago. Our meal was awesome. The only bad thing we can say is that when we arrived even though we called ahead we were left sitting for a while. They said they couldn't find our reservation. But luckily enough one employee helped us out , but only because we searched help. She seated us and it was indeed a pleasant experience after that. My husband and I enjoyed the French onion soup so much that I plan on trying to make it. Even bought special bowls. I can't remember the girls name but I did mention to her that we had a podcast and mentioned her on it. She was excellent. Making a reservation for tomorrow and hope she will be there. Awesome. French onion soup is the bomb!!!! Hopefully when I make the reservation we won't encounter the same problem.Just downloaded the app and have a free blooming onion. Let's see if we have a problem.

Great food, quick and always done right but the high light of the meal was the service. Alan wasn’t even our server but he made sure we was taken care off, kept checking on us filled up our drinks a great example of excellent service. When we go back we will definitely ask to sit in ALAN’s section and we suggest you do the same thing for the same great service we experienced.Thank you Alan

Waited for at least 10 minutes for service, and was not busy Tuesday at 4:30 then order wasn't right but when the food was finally delivered the food was good except my baked potato was not very hot and nor was my boyfriends french

This was once one of our favorite places in the Tri-state area to eat. Unfortunately, that's not the case lately.The ribs are now mostly fat, lathered in sauce. The center-cut sirloin was exceptional until about a year ago. Now, it's mostly gristle. I would suspect they've changed suppliers to save money.I told the manager and the only thing she said was to buy a more expensive steak.On a positive note, our server Kyle C. was wonderful! Keep up the good work, Kyle. Now, if he could only return the steaks and ribs to their former selves.
