Pretty nice atmosphere, nice bar with tvs..Trivia the Saturday we were there. Awesome food..lots of options! Dough is all pretzel dough..great flavors. Steak and cheese calzone was good needed done dressing in the steak but dough was perfect! Dipped in Carolina Gold sauce..AMAZING! CRAB DIP was also perfect! Only available in weekends, but creamy, rich flavor full of lots of crab & plenty of old bay! $ 1.00 wings on Wednesdays 4-8..WILL be back!
I wrote a wonderful review here before and no idea what happened to it.Been eating here for a while from time to time. Always great foot and wonderful service no matter what day it is. The pretzels and dip are delicious and the large slices of pizza for the prices is great.

We were served raw pretzel and one of the people even came up to us and offered to remake it after stating they knew it was raw. Why would you serve it in the first place even after an hour of waiting for food, 30 of which the place was completely empty. It's the worst dining experience I've ever had, I've never left an establishment as angry as I did.

We've been here many times in the past. Today was quite different. You enter the restaurant, grab a menu, order at the counter, and seat yourself. In the past, a host would seat you and a server would come to take your order. I can only assume they have changed the way due to low staff. Once you order, you are given a number. Your food is brought to the table once its ready. No one checks on you to see how your food is or to offer drink refills. This was over lunch on a Saturday, so unsure if the same occurs during the evening hours. If you want a drink refill, you have to go to the counter and ask. The food was delicious. Only difference seemed to be the pretzel pizza crust. It seemed different than in past visits. We took half home. The wings were plump and delicious!!! Kitchen staff very friendly. I questioned myself if I should tip as we really didn't have a server. I did tip, but may think against it in the future as there really isn't a "server" experience. Out total bill with 20% tip was $95 for 3 people.
Cute place. Too bad the service is awful and the food is not worth the price and you could make better at home.

My daughter asks to go here every year for her birthday and she is only in elementary school! The food is great and the atmosphere is fun, they give the birthday girl a dessert pretzel for her birthday which makes it even better.We have also enjoyed dinner there on trivia night which was a blast!

The Italian pretzel sandwich is incredible! Good amount of meat The French fries are bomb and have old bay option. They also offer Expresso and milkshakes which is not common at your average pizzeria. I loved the pub atmosphere as well.
