My husband and I ordered the Vinny's Special and had it delivered to our hotel. It was sooo yummy! The cheese was perfect, the Italian sausage was tasty, and it only took 20 minutes! The pizza was so good I barely had any left to take pictures of! 10/10

Complete hit or miss. Sometimes the food is great. Other times it sucks. We've had several menu items over the years and it's just not as great as it used to be. Driver tells us one price but confirmation email says another.

My wife and I had been going to Vince’s for years. They changed to a pay at the table system. I paid at the table with my debit card. The system did not seem to process correctly. I checked my bank and the amount debited correctly. We left. By the time we got home our phones were ringing non stop. Vince’s pizza accused us of not paying our bill. They put our pictures on Facebook. I went back and ripped the owner but good and proved they had been paid. I should have sued the hell out of them but decided not to ruin all that would be affected. My advice, go elsewhere. Rocky’s on Potomac Ave is the best around.

Called in a medium pizza, 5 toppings, went to pick it up and they wanted to charge 29.00. I said it can't be. Looked at the menu and if she would have put it in as a special it would have been 22.00. I had to argue with them, but they changed it after I said I would never be back. Just be on the lookout.

I would like to be more enthusiastic about this place. The young man, Carlos, who took care of us was pleasant and seemed to be holding things down on a Saturday afternoon in front of house alone. I found it all to be just average. I suspect many of the the most gushing reviews are from locals, who might have limited "experience " with more refined places. That said this is a solid performance for a place like this, in this environment. If we lived here would likely come back from time to time, but not quite a - Go To...Parking: Limited spots

First time there. The food was really good. My wife loved the pizza. I had Alfredo and shrimp. Service was good. If we get back up there again we will go back. The garlic knots are to die for. Fresh and hot!!
These stupid heifers I was trying to order my girlfriend food on grub hub because she hasn’t ate all day and they canceled my order and now she might starve to death!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I’m not very happy with this

If I could have given the Service a negative scoring I most definitely would. Don’t ever order from Vince’s NY Pizza on Virginia Ave. They have poor customer service and do not honor what you order on their website, and also does not give you what the website requires you to make a selection of.An employee argued with me stating the website was incorrect and he had to fix it. Not my problem. He should have honored the restaurant’s website selections. I asked to speak to a manager, and was told that there wasn’t one working. Really?! No manager working? Anyway, as I was leaving after arguing with the employee who had no authority, another customer told me the issues she has had with this place as well.I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area!! The customer service is horrible, the employee I encountered who is apparently always there per the customer who stopped me in the parking lot, was rude and not helpful at all. The food is mediocre at best. I’d rather go to a restaurant where the employees are helpful, interested in making your order correctly, and the food is better than just mediocre.#vincesnypizza #theiremployeessuck
