Today I came to eat, I was served by an employee named María. I felt that her attitude was very bad, she was haughty and that upset me. I think they should pay more attention to the employees.

This is THE spot for a very good reliable cheesesteak. It's clean during the lunch rush. They open on time and my order is always right. Sandwiches are always seasoned well. Cost is reasonable. Staff are good spirited. You don't need some YouTuber telling you what a good cheesesteak is. You have it in your neck of the woods.

I ordered from door dash. The “food” arrived at a decent time, but when I opened it, there were no ingredients that I ordered on the sandwiches AT ALL (it was basically bread that looked so sad and dry)! Now, have had really good selections from Charley’s before… so I’m thinking this is a franchise that isn’t following corporate standards. I’m not going to get too deep nor do I want to send negativity, but the truth is the truth! I’ll just go to the other location in Alexandria… NEVER had a bad order from there. Hyattsville MD location, y’all gotta do better, like FORREAL! I’m not even going to put a picture here because it’s too embarrassing. I gotta refund though so thats the only reason I’m not!

This is a scam, do not buy in this store if they are going to charge a lot, they have to give good food and not tell it like they gave me. Once you have counted the potatoes and the glass of lemonade, they might not be such thieves.
If Ban charges dearly, give fair food????????????

I enjoy the food for the most part but I order ahead specifically because I only have a 30min break but work 5mins away every time I order ahead it’s usually 30mins to an hr before I start my break. I go to pick up my food hoping it’s either ready or finishing up only to see that it hasn’t been started yet. I end up wasting 15mins of my break eating for food I ordered ahead for. Then to make matters worse I ask for no tomatoes or lettuce on my burgers and find that is exactly what’s on it so I wast another 5 mins plucking it off.Trait shouldn’t have an order ahead/online option if the food isn’t going to be ready nor is it what you specified.
