I wish I could give this place zero stars. I used to be a loyal customer, but after today’s experience, I will never order from here again. I placed an UberEats order for chicken and waffles. After my child finished his meal, I began eating mine and discovered a dead, fried bug in my box of chicken. This is completely unacceptable and absolutely disgusting. I am extremely disappointed and will not be returning.

I come here regularly, and this is by far the best place I’ve ever eaten when it comes to waffles and chicken sandwiches — they’re absolutely amazing! The customer service is always friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere makes every visit enjoyable. I highly recommend this spot to everyone in the community, and I’ll definitely keep coming back!

Terrible place!! I would rate this a zero if I could! The cashier that took my order was annoyed already at me ordering grilled chicken on the side because there’s no healthy opinions available besides a salad. So I asked for a grilled chicken sandwich with no bun. He was rude and irritated. It took 30 mins for my order to come out and when I asked for hot sauce he gave me something in a comfy that was more like ghost pepper. He didn’t say nothing about it not being regular hot sauce but when someone else next to me asked for hot sauce he gave them a packet of hot sauce. Me thinking they might have been out of regular hot sauce and it was all the same was a mistake! I dumped it onto the chicken that he gave me which the chicken was still eventually a salad and chicken because he put it on top of lettuce and tomatoes, which I never asked for and took a bite! It was super hot and I had a hard time breathing after that and had to call my dad to rush me to urgent care! It was not the regular hot sauce! Im in the process of filing a lawsuit because I could have died literally! I always come here but after today I will not be coming back! Also Im allergic to tomatoes hence why I specifically asked for a side of grilled chicken and I was willing to pay whatever the price or difference was!!!

I called 25 minutes before arriving and ordered a regular shawarma. Even after waiting another 5
minutes inside the restaurant , my order was still not ready. Very poor service and no respect for customers’ time. I don’t recommend this restaurant.

September 21, 2025 try to order some food. Put me on hold two times both times on hold for over 10 minutes. I call back twice twice to pick up and hang up. This is just horrible service.

The place was clean and neat and the customer service was great. Employees were neat and clean also. The food is very tasty and put on your plate in a neat and orderly fashion. Cold food is cold and hot food is hot. I have only been there several times and have no complaints. There is eat-in service and a public restroom.

I and friends recently visited this restaurant for breakfast and brunch. The fried chicken was excellent, with a crispy, flavorful skin and well-marinated, spicy meat. The soft, fresh waffle paired perfectly with it. The grits and beef bacon also added great flavor, and we appreciated that all meats were halal.

The atmosphere was bright, and the staff were friendly. Free and convenient parking was a bonus. While the store could have been cleaner, and there was a wait due to high order volume, the delicious and reasonably priced food made it a worthwhile experience. It's an excellent spot for a classic-legendary meal.

Excessive wait time, back grew talking and laughing, after waiting for 8mnts the cashier ask for my order they finally started to work on it.

If you are in hurry, don’t go there!

It was a very bad experience. We were in hurry, they made waiting on hold over the phone to order for 30 minutes. And then they hung up.

When we went there, we ordered and it took 1 hour and 15 minutes to be brought to the table. The servers were talking over the phone, I approached them a couple times, but they responded with an attitude.
