Terrible service. Took our order and gave us the wrong drinks from the start. Then didn't provide a receipt and told us to park out front. 20 minutes go by and still nothing, I go inside to find out the Manager on shift didn't even know an order was parked. He wanted me to give him my entire order again, mind you only 1 person went through the drive-through after us and they were practically empty the Manger tried to make the excuse that they were really busy. I asked for the General Manager's number and the manager refused to give the number and his cook kept saying google it. Needless to say, google does not return the number for the General or District Managers. This is a chain of multiple failures of poorly trained staff and an unqualified manager. The cashier takes the order, doesn't get the drinks right, provides no receipt, and doesn't tell anyone she parked an order. The Manager is not doing his job of monitoring the orders and making sure they go out in a timely manner, then fails to provide proper contacts for the complaint process and again refers the customer to the receipt that he knowingly knows it wasn't provided to the customer. KFC and Taco Bell should pull their names off the building as it reflects badly on the franchises. I will never buy anything from there again. I would recommend that you choose a different location to save yourself the hassle and dealing with poor service. The chicken tasted rubbery.

Tamir (apparently a manager) has a serious attitude issue. When you speak to a customer so rudely and has a poor attitude maybe you should look for another job outside the service industry. I won't be returning.

For years I’ve hated going to KFC because the food has lost its flavor but this particular location….. i think it’s safe to say whatever they’re doing they’re doing it right. They just won me over months ago with their green beans. Which are well seasoned and very savory. I went to the one in Solomons and it was nowhere near good. Then today i come and get just chicken and the clerk advised me he provided me a biscuit as well and i was very dismissive about it being that i don’t care for biscuits and as i was giving it away i realized how soft it was and it was freshly baked and delicious thanks again for your quality you put into the food

Dirty tables all the time, rude and non-interested staff, and it's a miracle if they have anything you want after 6 pm. It is as if they just want to go home after 6... 3 times I have gone there, and they "only have" 1 breast or a thigh and a few nuggets. How you stay in business paying staff and not selling any food is a miracle in itself. The owner or cooperate needs an intervention here!

10 minute wait at the counter only to find out the KFC doesn't have any chicken. The service here has never been good but that's the last straw. Hard to stay in business if you can't provide service.

Don't waste your time. Every time I come here they either run out of food ( especially the chicken sandwiches) or the registers not working.Tonight I pulled up to the drive-thru and was told they only accepting cash at the window or if I wanted to use my card I would have to come inside. We go inside to do our order. We stood there for 6-7 minutes with no acknowledgment. It was two employees standing/ bending down in front of us talking and working on I assume box for the drive thru for the CC. The lady from the lobby finally comes over ready to take our order without sanitizing or washing her hands. She was wiping the windows down. Then I was told you could only use cash to place your order a waste of 15 minutes. I love KFC but will not be going back to this location. They are horrible. They should of started by saying we only taking cash or put signs up.

I started eating the crispy fried chicken and the pot pie is absolutely worth it. I prefer the crispy chicken over the original. Try it and I'll bet you'd agree

I went in today and ordered a mac n cheese bowl and a mashed potato with gravy bowl. I ordered at 6:40pm and it is still not ready, but customers that came AFTER me got their food before I did. And the people working are rude as all hell. They were cursing in front of young kids and setting a godawful example. Never coming here again.

If you currently work at this restaurant at this particular date that I'm posting this just give up with your life you can even cook chicken and you're working at a chicken place. They had me park in the parking lot and I sat there for 25 minutes I went in to see what was taking so long and was literally threatened by one of the employees in the back
