Every single time I’ve ordered there. Through the app or through DoorDash 1 of 2 incidents occur. Either A. They forget about my order, after already waiting almost an hour, then they finally find my order so that means waiting another hour for my food that I ordered over 2 hours ago. OR B. The food is cold and there’s always something missing in my order. Don’t order there because the service is terrible. Not sure what happened to that place. It used to be a great restaurant, great atmosphere, and even the service was tremendous. Not anymore. AVOID BUFFALO WILD WINGS! Heed my warning!

Waited 10+ minutes, no one came to the table. Three tables in the entire restaurant were occupied and not one staff member to be seen.

I ordered myself, my pregnant wife, and three children dinner at 7:15 pm via the app. Initial delivery time was 8:05. 8:14 rolls around and we still had not received our order and the app offer no hopes of tracking the delivery. So we called and we're told that our food was sitting there waiting on a driver. We hung up, processed this information for approximately 45 seconds, and called back. We ask that our order be canceled and card be refunded (which of course would take up to 10 business days). The young man who adjudicated this issue for us was in no way apologetic nor hospitable to try to maintain a customer. Granted he did nothing wrong but process refund, but it felt like a slap in the face as if to say " sucks for you ". Suffice it to say, as for me and my house, we would not be dining at Buffalo wild wings henceforth and hitherto ?
the service was the worst. one star is too much. our food came out one person at a time. there were 7 of us. by the time i got my order , my grandson was finished. and the server never said one word....no sorry about this....no screw you.....BWW are in my rear view mirror.

Sorry as hell! I placed an order for 100 wings. Did not get all my wings they said they had to call me back after they reviewed the footage. Then said they reviews it and walked me out to my car when I did not pick them up . Hung up on me. Then told me they were reviewing footage. Sorry as hell! Stay away ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

This Buffalo Wild Wings is the largest location I have been too. Massive bar with tons of beers on tap. Good usually comes out fast but I'm not really a fan of there food. Very small wings. For a wing place the wings are really average. The smash burger is actually pretty good but nothing amazing. Service is usually fast and when certain games are on it can get pretty rowdy. Great place for college football tons of TVs. The largest sports bar in the county.
Enjoyed the evening with friends.
