This location has really went downhill. I used to rave about how nice this location was from the service, food quality, and serving size. Lately the online orders have been incorrect dispite having the correct name on the label. My husband went to pick up an order and was met with extremely rude employees. We tried again on another day and again hostile and rude employees. Don't bother asking for salad dressing as the employees get very upset at the request.

I am writing a review about the chipotle location in California Md. Due to the amount of food given for the price is ridiculous. Every time I order a bowl I receive plenty of rice and toppings versus meats. I just left the restaurant got home to open my bowl and see that I was given only a couple pieces of chicken with a bowl full of rice and toppings. This will be my last time at chipotle. This has happened to me before and I decided to give them another chance but to happen a second time compared to other locations has enlightened never to return to that location. For all who go to this location please be aware of what you get for the price that you pay.

Placed a mobile order and sent my husband to go get it. Upon opening the orders, both bowls we ordered were completely incorrect despite having the order stickers on the top. Both bowls were missing items and had items that were not requested on them. Looking a little closer, the sticker on my husband’s bowl was placed over top of another sticker with another person’s name on it. This has happened multiple times, and it’s such a waste of our time and $40. If you try to call and speak to someone regarding the issue, the phone rings until you hit a voicemail box that is full. The ingredients are lacking as well. There have been multiple times we’ve received guacamole that is just large chunks of avocado in a cup. The quality of this location has definitely declined in recent years, which has been confirmed when visiting other locations nearby. Will definitely be reconsidering visiting this location in the future.

Every time I place an order there is something missing. This is the fourth time I've paid for two bags of chips and gotten none. They are too far away for me to drive back and correct. 10 dollars wasted. Their automated system is trash and will run you around in circles. Enjoy that free 10 dollars because I will never be back. ?

I love fresh ingredients! And you can't get any fresher than at Chipotle's!Vegetarian options: They actually have entrees that are vegetarian and because they make your dish in front of you as you are ordering it, they only put what you ask for in your order.Parking: Their parking lot has somewhere around 40-50 parking spots. And even if they get really busy, there are other restaurants and businesses in close proximity to them that also have parking so getting in is never a problem.

Terrible experience tonight at this location. Went there to order dinner for my daughter and the servers didn’t even acknowledge my presence for 10 minutes while they filled mobile order after mobile order. What happened to taking care of customers right in front of you first. Then the cashier made us wait even longer because she was busy processing more mobile orders too. I was there at 8:35pm tonight. Bathroom was also a filthy mess. Hopefully we don’t get sick after being in there.

The employees there are super rude and always have an attitude. They also like to give slick remarks. Why am I faced with anger and hostility for asking for what I’m spending my money on. If you don’t like your job quit. Nobody is asking you to work there.

I'm not sure how this place is during the week, but came here on a Sunday when it was not busy and had a couple in front of me. They waited awhile to be helped and there was one other person on the line helping a gentleman with 6 to go bowls. There were 4 staff members standing around in the back talking while the front line and the long line of customers behind me waited. They were out of sofritos (the plant based meat) and said they were out for the day. This should have been posted. Finally got through the line and there were no utensils out and the tables in the dining room were majority dirty with left over food on them. Not sure if this place is understaffed, not supervised well, or just a bad day, but don't think I'd come here again

I have tried the Lexington park, maryland, location three times in over a year. I don't plan on returning, to give any more chances, due to mainly they're extremely stingy with the ingredients, and the food quality is lacking extremely.Even if you say you want, for example, two spoons of black beans, they will hardly give you one scoop and then look at you waiting for the next ingredient to be called. You have to keep saying no, extra beans please. And it goes like that for the whole order. Even if you say two scoops of x ingredient, that never happens unless you insist on it after the one scoop is applied.. It gets very annoying and tiring.Because I love Chipotle so much, I tried to give it three chances since I've moved here, hoping for improvement. But every time the the rice is always under or overcooked, and twice they were unable to wrap it properly. Then look annoyed when you ask for it to be double wrappedAlso, the Coke from the dispenser tasted off (flat with a strange overall taste) and once I tried getting the custom juice in the other dispensers, and it had a funky taste to it. So,I suspect they don't clean their drink dispensers often enough.Oh, and the one time I went late at night about 30 minutes before closing, they were scraping the bottom of every tray trying not to bring out new ones. It was a very bottom of the barrel offering.
