I tried to order 20 sub meals at 2pm for 4:45 pick up and was turned down. Needing a 24 hour heads up on 20 meals was a surprise. I wonder if the owner knows that his/her employees are turning down orders on a dime.

I ordered door dash today in the afternoon off my co workers door dash account. I ordered the meal and my order took forever and when the dasher brought the meal to me he said that the store did not have water bottles so they decided to give me orange fanta instead of calling me to ask if that was okay. Also, they did not put chips in my bag and the steak and cheese was soggy. Poor customer service.

Not a very good experience with my online order tonight. Placed my order at 9:00PM, when I went to pick up, there was no one at the counter. A young man came out & said "I'll be with you in a sec", I told him I was there to pick up an online order. "Oh it should be on the shelf" - it wasn't so I went back to the counter & a young woman came out & said "What's up?" - said I was here for pickup. "Oh, what's your name?" - "Oh, we're out of chili". Since I had already paid for it, they offered another sub, chips or a cookie. (No soup either) I said no, my husband just wanted to try the chili. "Well you can come back tomorrow & get it" :/ I said Ok. Get home, no pickles, my sub had lots of mayo despite requesting 'light mayo' (it was good besides that), my husband was not happy with his meatball sub.*Update - Drove to pick-up the missing chili I had paId for from the previous evening - No 'I'm sorry', no compensation for the inconvenience (like maybe a bowl instead of a cup?)- got a cup of chili with a small bag of oyster crackers - husband said it was good. It better have been for all the effort. ?

When I went I ordered the Spicy Cajun sub on white bread and my and on were Carmlz Onion banana Peppers, Oil Red Wine vin, and salt and pepper. It was delicious and the chicken was warm and juicy. The service was good and the cashier helped me with the menu and everything else. Overall the down side of the restaurant was how in the kids table with the coloring book they were covered with bugs in the pages.Plus they were on the table as well as the trash on the fool. But the bathroom were clean and neat

My first time at once of there. I thought it an awfully long wait considering there weren't a lot of people there. Food was okay. On par with your standard sub sandwich shop. I guess I'd go back?
