Placed an online order at 12:53. Called the store at 1:55 to see what was up with my order. They said it was on the way. Food finally arrived at 2:47. Also paid like an extra $2 for bacon that is nowhere to be found on my sandwich.1 hour and 54 minutes Jimmy John’s. I waited almost 2 hours for your mediocre sandwich and my order wasn’t event correct. I’m not sure if Linner is a thing like Bruch but you should probably start a marketing campaign on it will how slow your service is. After this interaction, I really hope you go out of business.

This has got the be the slowest sandwich shop I've ever set foot in. I don't know if the assembly line is trash or the folks making the sandwiches are moving at a snails pace, but don't come here unless you're willing to wait 15 mins or more for your sandwich.

Waited over 30 mins for a sub order placed online an HOUR prior to pickup. Needless to say, the B team was working. Only one guy making subs while everyone else stood around. What a mess. Had to cancel my order and skip lunch because I only get a 30 min break, of which I spent my ENTIRE LUNCH waiting for a sub. Absolutely ridiculous

***Updating my review to 4 stars. Jimmy John's is our go to when we want a good sandwich delivered. I recently tried the #12 BEACH CLUB®, Unwich® & it was great! I don't know what took me so long :) Delivery has improved immensely since my last review. I recommend them. *****Old review**Ordered at 6:15 PM. It's now 7:28PM - called & spoke to a pleasant gentleman named Riley who explained they were very busy but all orders were out for delivery... he couldn't give me a timeline because he didn't know where the drivers were. I found that odd - The food arrived at 7:29 PM & is very good, but a bit pricey.Dietary restrictions: The Unwich® is a great option for those watching calories & carbs.

Great overall experience here. The restaurant is nice and clean and the staff I dealt with were very nice, polite, and pleasant. Order turnaround for lunch time was pretty remarkable. I’ve gone to other locations previously (first time at this one) and I give it a solid A+ all around.

I ordered my food already skeptical because I've never seen a Jimmy John's in this area. About 15 minutes after I ordered they announced there would be a long wait due to a large online order. Then the woman taking the orders started telling people about the long wait... so obviously I ordered way before the online order. Finally after 25 more minutes they said someone's order number. Wouldn't you know it, it was a man who ordered 10 minutes after me. 42 minutes later... The sandwich wasn't even good. Lucky im my own boss, because if I were on a lunch break I would have been screwed. I will absolutely NEVER return to this Jimmy John's.
