Rhe manager was yelling at the cashier about not taking more orders and how she had to help bag orders... there were still people in line to place an order. Not sure I'll be going back to this location.

Made my order completely wrong and gave no receipt. Made me pull up in front of the drive thru even tho there were no cars in sight. I tried calling and no answer. Tried 5 times. All I wanted was a number 7 bacon burger no onions. I get a regular burger with onions cold.

Glacially slow. I’ll place an order through the app 10 mins before I show up and I still end up waiting 10-15 mins at the drive through for my food

Place orders through the app every time so it takes away any need for the person at the window to mess up the order. And 9 times out of 10 they still manage to mess it up. The wait times are miserable every single time. Order two sandwiches and a drink and get parked for 25 minutes watching about seven people get their stuff and pull off. Canceled the order and pulled next door to taco bell and got everything square in less than 5 minutes. Not to mention even after canceling and never getting my food the stupid store still charged me so I have to go through my bank to get it corrected. This place should be shut down.
Came through the drive thru ant 11 and ordered a frosty only to be told that they didn’t have any because they had just turned off their machine. The manager Alfa gave us the worst customer service that I’ve had and I worked at McDonalds. On top of that it took 6 minutes to get 2 drinks ready. Would not recommend this location, definitely the worst fast food I’ve been to.

HORRIBLE! I LITERALLY ORDERED MY FOOD IN THE PARKING LOT & IT WAS STILL FREAKING COLD!! & THE CHICKEN SANDWICH HAD NO LETTUCE OR MAYO!! The past few times I've been here my order has been missing items, and cold. I say thank you to the person helping me and twice now they have closed the window without any type of you're welcome. They really need to retrain their staff on customer service.

I am honestly fed up with this establishment. The longest wait time in a drive thru and they continuously get orders wrong. There is something seriously wrong with the orders getting from the person at the drive thru window to the cooks. Time after time after time they get orders wrong and serious lack of salt on the fries. Tonight marks the last time i ever go to this address again. Im done. Avoid this place if you have a choice.
