It's been a rainy dreary day and I had no energy to make dinner nor desire to run out and pick something up. I placed an order with Pizza Hut in Lusby. Anytime I have something delivered from anyone, the driver is usually gets lost in our condominium complex, but their driver, Kimberly, arrived with no problem. She arrived at my unit with a smile and made a fuss over my dog when he greeted her at the door. Rain dripping off her coat, she handed me my dinner and wished me a happy holiday. Pizza was delicious but her smile on such a dreary night is what gives this rating five stars.

Pizza is decent...but you may get the wrong order and the employees are always jockeying for tips. I've had it happen. Printing receipt for a signature on an online order thats been paid for? Why? Asking me at the car window if I want to leave a tip? Bye.

Bad wesite not bacon you can see or even taste I thought my pizza didn't have bacon on it until I saw ittty bitty pieces on it but didn't taste like bacon

This was some of the best pizza I've had in a long time! It was hot and cooked to perfection!
I ordered online and went in to pick it up. It was ready at the time given. I was greeted immediately and taken care of respectfully. Everything was hot, fresh, well-prepared, and really good. It was my first time there & I'll be back!

This place is always pretty solid. The employees are nice. I love this double pepperoni, double cheese Big New Yorker. I hope they keep it on the menu. Papa John’s had something similar at one point but I think a lot of people like having the option of a pizza that doesn’t have that chain look and chain taste.

Got the big NY with double pepperoni but what I got was a big pizza with less than 30% of the pie covered with anything but cheese... extremely disappointed in the lack of pepperoni.
The manager lady is so rude and controlling. She really should provide better customer service considering she has worked there for years!!
