10 or of 10 times, my food is never edible. got a salad today and its just drenches in teriyaki sauce that i didnt even ask for. just save your time and go to the other subway down near McDonalds. theyre much

The worker that was there this morning needs to be FIRED!!! I walked in the establishment he was in the back where I can see him but he didn’t know I entered the store & he was blowing his nose with his BARE HANDS!!!! I stood there watched until he finished then he turned around & started watching a tv that was back there. I let him know I was in the store, he NEVER WASHED HIS HANDS, WALKED UP TO SERVE ME, DIDN’T ATTEMPT TO USE GLOVES & NEVER GREETED ME so I walked out… I wish I WOULD EVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION!!!! He is GROSS, UNSANITARY & PROFESSIONAL.. I can just imagine what he does when the cameras are off & no one is looking (gross) if u care about ur health GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION NOT THIS ONE!!!!!

I arrived at 4:30 pm for a 6 pm appointment . Got checked in and waited my door assignment I got backed in at 8:30 pm so 9 pm they finally started to unload had my paperwork in hand and was out the gate at 12 pm . I was 8 hours 30 minutes late.not good

I went into the store at 5:15pm on Friday 11/8/19. I used to be a regular customer at this establishment until today. As I waited in line I asked a worker do I need a key for the bathroom in which he ignored me. I asked a 2nd time and he rudely and loudly said buddy you have to wait until I get done with customer and u come all the time so you know that you need a key and you need to wait. I informed the worker that he did not need to be rude and that despite me coming here several times I never dined in or used their restroom. The worker eventually gave me the key and as I was opening the rest I heard the same worker telling customers that I know I need a key. I used the restroom and the bathroom was attrocious. I returned the key to the worker and told him that he does not know how to respect and communicate with customer's. All the worker had to say was sir you do need a key for the restroom and I will get it when I'm done serving the customers. The worker was rude and nasty. The crazy thing about this is that I have had many decent encounters with this worker but today he chose to be disrespectful in front of a store with several customer's. I will no longer frequent this shop and suggest you do the same because the people that own and operate these stores are not respecting us as a people. Note: I'm in my 40's and was dressed up coming from work so this is not juvenile or young person this worker chose to disrespect. Stop spending your money at these stores that are unsanitary, have rude worker's, and are poorly run. Thank You.

I visited here for the first time recently and I got a Brisket Sub. It was awesome and my food was fresh, and the restaurant was very clean and well-organized. The atmosphere was very calm/quiet and the staff was very nice to me too. I hope to be able to come back asap.
