Every bathroom stall was filthy. Coffee for 4 of us cost $30. We travel alot and are use to Jersey Turnpike rest stops which aren't the best. The takes the award for worst rest stop ever.

The restroom floor and sink counter were dirty and wet. It was ok for adults but someone shorter would have gotten wet using the sink. I understand that it's hard to keep up with the volume of users. Overall I believe that the public can appreciate these facilities.

Very few options and I found many of them closed most of the time. However, it’s a very neat and clean, well maintained service plaza.If you are traveling in night then do not expect to get anything as most of the shops will be closed.

My card was cloned and I lost hundreds of dollars to fraudulent transactions. Apparently this is where it happened. So get one of those unscannable wallets to protect yourself. And the bathrooms are gross.
Horrible ! Over crowded- dirty. Lines out the door at each concession. Pete’s coffee counter area was filthy and lacked supplies to make your own coffee. You either take equal or sugar and for $6 for a cup of coffee you get warm creamers. Awesome! Wipe your coffee area down. Auntie Ann’s 1pm out of everything! Bathroom stalls out of toilet paper and are filthy ! What a mess. They can try to do better Oh yeah and fix the air conditioner It was 85 degree in the building. Pass this one and stop somewhere else
