Mama Tana’s Fresh Pretzels

I haven't been to another pretzel place since Mama Tana's opened. Vanessa is amazing and the pretzels are always fresh! Everyone is so nice and kind I always feel welcomed.

I look forward to my original and cinnamon sugar pretzels every week.

Paid for dip that the girl never even put in the bag. I typically check in the bag but forgot today. It’s unfortunate because they charge an additional $1 just for the dip. I read some of the reviews and apparently that happens a lot especially with delivery orders. They really need to do a better job at this location

The pretzels are all that. Always hot, crispy, buttery and good... Also, the juice. Fresh fruit. Strawberry lemonade is theee best..

Today, I has another horrible third encounter with Ashley. Her attitude and customer service is terrible, and the reason I will NEVER go back to this location. I will find another location because I do like the pepperoni pretzels. I can do without the bad customer service, though.

Let me explain. Every time I go to the Nottingham location, Ashley has this attitude like she doesn’t even want to be there. She has an attitude when I ask her questions about a product. I asked because I just moved the this area, and I never even been in this store before, so I have questions. Today, I noticed 2 pepperoni pretzels that looked a little old. My son was okay with eating one, but I politely asked her if they only had two or if they had others so I could get a fresh one. Her response, rudely, was “we won’t make any until we sell these two.” Really? First, it’s hard to believe e that at 1:54 pm they only have 2 pretzels made. Second, how difficult is it really to make one at request when there are only two in the window.

This is my experience every single time I go in this location - she’s rude and could care less about friendly customer service. I don’t know if it’s because I am black, or she notices that my son is gay, or she’s just not interested in providing good customer service to anyone. But what I do know is she and the other lady who’s there today are definitely not nice. Maybe they hate the owners and want to sabotage the business? Who knows why she behaves the way she does. All I know is I’m tired of being nice to someone who could care less about my experience. Perhaps the owner is the same way? I guess I’ll find out. And to be perfectly honest, I heard her with the next customer and she was rude to him, too. Personally, I think she and her co-worker hate their job and are just rude to everybody.

Be that as it may, I will not be going back! Whoever owns this place really needs to care a little more about a customer’s experience and check her behavior because she is as rude as they come; both of the “girls” in the store today were rude and dismissive. I will be contacting the corporate office. And if I happen to come back because I cannot help but want the pretzel, I will write another review of my experience if it is negative.

I would do zero stars, but in order for me to leave a review I had to give atleast a star, unfortunately. First of all, management do y'all check y'all's reviews? Because almost every negative review is the same. Food is overcooked! If a customer has paid for their food and it was overcooked you should give them something else for that price or remake that order. Secondly, the woman working the front act like she didn't know what to say or do. Please do better. We will not be coming back but please do better for future customers.

Okay, so I always get super intrigued when there is a pretzel place other than Auntie Anne’s. I came in here for pretzel dogs, and let me just say, I should have walked out instead.

Even though they look scrumptious, they were not. They were overcooked, some were hard as a rock and had a burnt taste to them. Needless to say, I’ll stick to Auntie Anne’s, try this place at your own risk.

I want my calories back! 🙃

Went here the other day. Walked in and the man that was working there came from the back put no gloves on to give us our pretzel...took it to go ...pretzel was hard as a rock!! Nasty dry must have been sitting there all day... this place has gone down from when they first opened..don't waste you $5!!!

I will be reporting them to the BBB for selling coupons on Clipp and refusing to honor them. I went into their designated store today and the sales associate told me that her manager said she was no longer accepting these coupons and I should contact Clipp for a refund. If you are no longer accepting these coupons why are you still selling them?? I will never return to that store. They are fraudulently advertising their product on Clipp and refusing to accept coupons that customers have paid for.

Lousy selection, disappointing pretzels, and expensive. They were out of everything we asked for including small cups for drinks. Ridiculous.

I’ve been walking past this place but never went in because I’m not a pretzel lover. Went in today with my sister and nephew, and got the cinnamon sugar bites, and original pretzel and they were so soft, warm, and delicious. Tastes better than Auntie Anne’s to me. Will definitely go back again.
