We decided to try out this little Diner in Oakland, Md when we were on the Bike. I'm sure glad we did! Great Food ,Excellent Service! I got a Cheese Burger and Fries(Good Diner Burger) and My Wife got the Hot Roast Beef Sandwich with Fries and Gravy over everything(Definitely a 5 Star Meal)! They have so many Desserts next time we stop we're starting with Desserts First!! We'll definitely be back!!

Is a lovely little diner that serves home cooked meals. Liver and onions was very good, my husband's roast beef sandwich was tough and the gravy was too thin. Service was good and there desserts looked fabulous.

Excellent home cooking style food at reasonable prices. Breakfast all day, wonderful hot beef and turkey with gravy, etc. Seriously good meat loaf. Service is as good or better than the area's higher priced restaurants. Atmosphere is respectful country clean. We like it a lot.

The staff here are really friendly and make you feel right at home in this cozy little diner. You can tell they really care about their customers. The food was also top-notch. I had the hot roast beef sandwich topped off with a piece of cake for dessert. If you want some seriously good food in a laid-back, old-school spot, 3rd Street Diner is your place.
