I have not visited this location before but I am a fan of Chipotle. At the very last minute, I needed a large order prepared to take dinner to a colleague who had a death in the family. I tried ordering online, but needed 24-hrs. notice to place an 'official' catering order. I took my chances and went directly into this location to see if I could get what I needed. Initially, I was told they could not prepare the large order - soooo, me-being-me, I asked if I purchased 10 individual burrito bowls would they be able to 'package' it such that each item was a la carte & bulk. Well, whaddaya know...the manager on duty committed to assembling the order so that contents of the 5 steak bowls and 5 chicken bowls were packaged in bulk and was presented as a true catering set up!! He went above & beyond to ensure everything was included...and in spite of it being a busy Thursday evening during dinner rush, he did it all with a most pleasant & helpful attitude.I did comment that the meat portions seemed a bit small, but with all of the OUTSTANDING customer service I received, I did not press the issue!I truly value great customer service and good attitudes - this location had this covered - hands down! Chipotle is just going downhill. The portion sizes depends on who is working that day and what time you come in. I have noticed around lunch time is when the portions are the smallest. It seems like Chipotle is always looking to skimp on their portion sizes and are not consistent. It is frustrating as a consumer. Especially when you get a burrito half the size it should be.

The sign says they open at 10:45am and I’m out there waiting and they don’t come open the door til like 10:48-49-50 like i don’t have to get back to work I don’t have these govt hour long breaks I’m on a clock every minute counts and they just take there time to open the door its quite annoying like just change the time make it 10:50 11 if you have to just open when you say your open

Gave me the smallest portion of chicken I've ever gotten at any chipotle location in my life. It was like 7 small pieces of chicken and I asked for a bit more and she told me I'd need to pay extra. Unacceptable, will not be coming back here. Also the food is so bland!

The food is typical of Chipotle. But I did just receive stale chips along with the previously reported tiny online order portions. A photo of the same burrito ordered in person 20 minutes apart is included in my review. I also had to return a burrito bowl in the same order. People don't order online to receive less. They order online for convenience. Order in person or check your online order before you leave. Management needs to address this immediately!
Foo is good but the portion of rice very little, is summer and you want to enjoy it but the tables outside are dirty and wobbly need to do something about it.

No complaints. I just wish that when preparing the Burritos they would actually spread things out like the cheese or sour cream rather than just dropping it in the middle....but I guess it's just a chipotle thing because it seems like they all do
