It’s always good no complaints… But not consistent. Sometimes the dough is thin. Sometimes it’s super thick. Sometimes they cut it. Sometimes they don’t but it’s always my favorite.

Just had the worst experience in customer service with this store. I ordered two simple pizzas. I called and the woman at the front gave me a credit because I thought there was a problem with an order.5 minutes later I received a call back from someone named Maria Amina who told me this was my fault multiple times. She cut me off when I was talking, she told me to complain everywhere I could and wanted to, and she challenged me to fight on the call. Never have had an experience like this with a restaurant. Pretty disappointing as we like Ledos.Hope the management starts to figure this out. I will continue to review per their request.

I think everyone can already agree Ledos pizza is great but what really stands out about this location to me is the superb customer service ! I work in the food industry and am very appreciative of great service because I know what it means to a business and more importantly to individuals that are spending hard earned money ! Annie and Mary are top notch and create an experience just as delightful as the food. Thank you all !

This Ledo's has never been great service, but our latest visit deserves a review. It was only takeout, so I walked in and stood there. Two teenagers completely ignored me. I kept standing there while they walked around trying not to make eye contact. One said, "It's so DEAD tonight!" to the other one. Then she walked over to the cash register and, finally, asked for my name. I picked up our order and went home - only to find that they only put one of our two toppings on the pizza. So we called. I was on hold for several minutes while the (probably same teenager) asked her manager what to do about this problem. She said she could refund the money for one topping. WOW. I said, "Fine, okay," and the teenager then wanted my credit card number - because she couldn't be bothered to look it up on her end. I loved Ledo's when I was growing up. I don't know why I bother with it anymore.

This place was spot on for chain pizza. I placed a big order to feed my guys working on the job site. Food was spot on. Crust was cooked perfect. Highly reccomend.
Not great, not bad...just pretty good. I've been ordering Ledo's for a LONG time, before it was franchised. The server was very nice and helpful, she seemed to be fairly new. We ordered a large pep and pre-cooked bacon. It was decent pizza, just missing some things. The crust seemed not a fresh as I'm used to. Sauce was good but he toppings were much less that I normally get. This location just missed the mark a bit for my taste.

Pizza was terrible No flavor or taste and very little, if any meat. Bad experience and waste of money. I've eaten at Ledos before but never as tasteless as this. Won't be going back.
