This was our first stay at this casino. Every single part of our stay was A+. Smoke free casino a huge plus. So many tables abs machines that it shoujd please anyone. The food options were amazing, covers all the bases. Finally the room was very clean and fantastic.

Several significant reasons for this poor rating. We expected a better quality of service during our stay. 1) We did not receive a welcome greeting at check-in, nor a "how was your stay, " at check out. 2) We were not informed of the $175 hold on our card, which is fine, but we should be informed. 2) The phone did not work in our room to contact front desk. We had to use the main number to request a blanket. We informed why we were calling the main number to request a blanket. No one responded to broken room phone. My husband left his jacket in room closet. We were instructed to email Lost and Found, 8/28/23. No response as of yet regarding pick up or shipping. $500 for our one night stay warranted better hospitality. We are local. Next time we will visit MGM Las Vegas!

This hotel thinks very highly of itself and charges astronomical rates for a subpar product. Half of the restaurants were closed, and I was very disappointed in the product. If you’re going to charge over $300 a night for a hotel in National Harbor, MD, make it worth it.

It was a great experience as it is evey time we stay at MGM National Harbor. Great customer service: excellent restaurants; plenty casino table games; The theater is top notch; overall the hotel is well kept especially the suites.

Guest(s) should be able to check-in efficiently w/ staff instead of frustrating mobile check-in feature esp for ppl not familiar w/ technology. Check-in finally resolved but not without stressful environment!

We went down to the MGM to see a show and we were very surprised and satisfied with our stay. We are already talking about doing another girls trip down there in the future. We have been telling everyone about how great of a trip we had.

Room was clean, staff friendly. Food cost were extremely expensive. Valet service was outstanding. Beds were comfortable but the pillowcases were dingy and discolored. View of the harbor was exceptional

MGM National Harbor hotel is an A-number 1 hotel in the DMV. The staff were pleasant, the hotel room is awesome, loved the showerhead that gives pulsating water to melt all the stress away. The bed was comfortable and the room spacious. Could not hear anything in the hallways. You definitely want to make this hotel your pick for a great stay at a reasonable price.

The casino is hugr with every kind of slot machine you could ask for. Every machine worked , the cash machines worked, the customer reward center was helpful and so friendly. We were very impressed with how clean it was and everything worked. My only gripe was leaving the parking lot what a mess terrible directions to the exit we finally found it and it was closed had another awful time finding the other exit.

Traveled with 2 Friends. Went there to have fun and go to the Baseball game. It was cancelled because of rain. The Hotel witch had promised a rollout or cot could not bring one to the room. I slept on the floor, giving my 2 friends the beds. No sleep. Now the hotel has still not refunded the rest of my credit card hold. Everything else was Great.
I had a reservation for 3 nights. When I went to check in the hotel said they were sold out. I showed them my email room confirmation from the MGM, but they would not honor that. I was walked to another hotel in National Harbor. I had to take numerous cab rides out of my own pocket to attend the conference at the hotel. No compensation was offered, so, effectively, my reservation meant nothing. I cannot recommend MGM hotels.

Location is great. Rooms are basic but clean. Communication is poor. First time I did not hear hello welcome to”name of hotel”. I was not told where elevators were located and had to ask. Too May mishaps during a three night stay. Not worth the travel.

Not safe...stay away. If you go be prepared to safeguard your life. I have been visiting three times in the span of 7 years and each time it seems to be getting worse. I just can't recommend anyone going to this place.

Great hotel, excellent staff!! I’d give 5 stars except for the fact that my room smelled like weed—which I hate. It was constant and even stronger in the morning. I’m all for people smoking and living their best lives if they choose to, but not something I’m trying to smell when I’m just trying to sleep. It wasn’t like I could just leave and get away from it. There is a small sign saying that smoking/vaping would lead to a $500 cleaning charge, but I think it may need to be bigger. I get that marijuana is legal in DC, but there are lots of legal things that I want nothing to do with especially at the rate I paid. Other than that, the hotel itself and staff were awesome!!

Very nice rooms and staff was very friendly. Snack and drink bar was well stocked but just be careful, if item is picked up for more than 60 seconds, they will automatically be charged to your account.
