This place usually has a line but it wasn't busy when I arrived. I placed an order for a salad with chicken salad, wings and potato wedges. It took well over 10 minutes for the guy to make the order because he talked and talked with the cashier that started cleaning the case. The person after me ordered from a different cashier and that cashier packed her chicken order herself and the customer left before I got my order. After seeing other customers start to come and go I started to lose my patience. I asked another person if she could help me because the guy kept talking in Spanish to his coworker right in front of me. After he heard me complaining he started to move faster....go figure.

I paid $18.00 for a hard I think over cooked Friday Fish Dinner. The Fish was spongy and nasty. This was the 2nd time. The food use to be good.

The food is great. Carry-out only. Usually pretty busy and only have 2 registers to take orders, which isn't too bad but one of the 2 are also taking carry-out orders over the phone, so it's constantly interrupted. It's sort of set up buffet style but there are servers that makes your platter and you can watch them prepare it for you. They usually have 5 or 6 servers however none of them have ever wore hair nets, hats or gloves while filling your order. I take my mom here every so often , she loves this place & I do too, however last week we were a disappointed to a long strand of hair in my mom's food. This could have been prevented by wearing hair nets. As much as I love this place putting in place food safety policies by law would be nice, otherwise I would have given them a 5 star.

The fish was not fresh an egg roll was full of grease I originally ordered a two-piece fish with three chicken wings but got three pieces of fish and that was at the order was wrong from the get-

The food here was much better a year ago when the staff were older (original staff). The food looked a lot fresher. The food was surely hotter if not just a lot warmer.Teriyaki string beans were bland and cold, unlike a year ago.Rotisserie chicken, greens, Mac & Cheese were ice cold.This was our 3rd time coming since management changed employees.
