First time eating here. The Rib Eye steak, mashed potatoes, and jacknife potatoes were simply the best. Also enjoyed 2 of what in my opinion are the best long island ice teas ive had to date. The waitress Shannon was Awesome! Will definitely dine with them again.

I came here to meet up with some college friends whom I hadn’t seen in a while. The place was packed and quite loud, but it was nothing I hadn’t seen at a packed restaurant before. The service was good; the waiter gave good recommendations, and the food came out in a timely manner. I had no issues with the service. For the food, I had the crab cake egg rolls, which were solid, but the sauce is really what made them for me. The boiled scallops were really good and well-seasoned, and they weren’t overcooked. The crab cake parmesan was okay, as was the crab cake itself. I can see why they are known for their crab cakes because they actually put a good chunk of crab in everything that has crab listed as an ingredient. The graham cracker ice cream was delicious; it was one of the best I have ever had. The drinks were great as well. Overall, I had a good experience and will definitely recommend it.Parking: Parking can get packed if it's busy

This place fell off. Ou family has been coming her for over 20 years. This was disappointing.The service was slow and our server was frustrated. We were a large group celebrating our matriarchs birthday.The turkey dinner was great. However the crab imperial was lacking. People at my table were adding cocktail sauce to add flavor. I also didn't care for the crab egg rolls, they should have been a little crunchier.The fries shrimp were good butter and not oily.

Crab cakes are well above average, but still dry. Solid B.The staff acts like they work in the best place on Earth. They're demeaning and rude. Drinks go empty for over 5 minutes. Liquor me up and I'd order more food. Restaurants 101.They way overhype the Oprah thing. Have some class.Food is ok. Crab cakes are above average. Everything else is Applebee's quality.
Classes 1985-1996 of Western High School came after Unity Day to fellowship. The service was outstanding. Restaurant clean. Food is delicious. Thank you for the awesome experience with my Dove family.

I was in this place many times. But today the experience was unacceptable I have to wait for silverware around 15 minutes and they never bring. And hope the customer service get better again because the food is very good, but the customer server not for today.
