Domino's Pizza

Food is great. But service needs to be improved. Especially before answering listen to the customer first.

I called in for a medium pizza and was on the phone for 15 minutes trying to order a medium pizza! I had to repeat myself like 4 times then they transferred my phone call to someone else like this phone call was very unorganized! And unprofessional. Bad customer service they didn’t even tell me how much my order was and couldn’t even tell me how long it would be until they delivered the pizza the guy just hung right up

I arrived at the store to pick up a web order my daughter placed. I didn't know it was curbside, so I walked in. I was told it came through 15 minutes after she placed it, so I waited. I was told it would be a few minutes. I told them I didn't order. I am just picking up the order. The person said to me 15 minutes. I looked around, and it didn't seem as clean as possible. I can be dramatic. I walked near the windows and looked out the window. I didn't want to see the food be made. None of the people were wearing gloves.

I can be dramatic when the cooks aren't wearing gloves, so I decided not to watch. I turned around when I thought the food was done. The entire area was clear, with no staff except the one grabbing the food from the oven. He was sticking his hand in his ear, fixing his earbuds. I waited to see if he would wash his hands, but he didn't, so I asked if he could, and he did.

The other cook came around from the back with his cell phone playing on his phone. He heard me, so the last item was retrieved from the oven. The one cutting the pizza asked if it was mine, and the one playing with his phone said that. That's her order.

I haven't been here in a long time, and I've never been to this location, so I thought the order was mine.

I was already disappointed, so I didn't check. I believed him, so I drove off and got 2 miles away, and my daughter called and told me that her order was ready. It wasn't her order, so I drove back, and they all stood out front like they knew I was coming back.

I gave them the wrong order, and they handed me the right order. I will never go there again. They need to clean the place and take more sanitary precautions.

The cooks both were freely using their cell phones. Walking from their station, touching everything everywhere, including their bodies, and cooking people food. Maybe I am being dramatic, but I worked as a manager and took the ServSafe training too many times, so food safety and handling are essential to me. I notice too many red flags. I don't recommend anyone to go there until those items are addressed.

First of all pizza took forever to get here and when it got here it was the biggest disappointment ever I have no idea what happened yesterday my cheese pizza was so flat like crackers and I selected hand tossed plus the crust tasted so awful I can’t believe u would feel comfortable feeding people this really wish I could get a refund

This was my first time ordering from this location. I ordered 20 pizzas, using the app, for a future date and time. The order was ready on time, accurate, steaming hot. The staff were professional and courteous.

I'm not sure why this location has such low reviews. My experiences with them have always been excellent. They do a wonderful job! Pizza Hut and Papa John's could never!

Website failed and told me to call, robot failed and the finally transfered me to the store. Lady was rude to begin with. Lady gets address to start obvious, then my order. Then before i can add a sauce cup she cuts me off and tella me we are not in the delivery range and transfers me expecting me to order the same pizzas for the 4th time. Not only did i call the vlosest lovation 1.7 miles away. It was the number the website gave me as my store when i input my address. Im no longer ordering from dominos. Yall are lazy with your automated systems AND they are broken.

Order from a different location!! These people act so incompetent it’s insane. Ordered two large pizza for delivery. I end up tipping the driver 20 just to find out it’s not even my correct order ! He left it at the door and literally ran off… crazy! I called this location and had to go through loops just to speak with a manager. When they finally answered I asked the person on the other line if they were the manager, he responds “yes I’m the manager how can I help” after explain the situation he goes “there nothing I can do about it since I’m not the store manager” … I just hung up. Don’t waste your time or money here. This happens way more often than it should.

They hung up on my when i asked about my order MULTIPLE times the employee came to wrong address and said he would fix issue give me my pizza then called multiple times whens my food coming then was told mew delivery drive would cone never happened wasted my time for no reason and spend atleast $300 month with them common
