I had been a customer for more than 30 years. Never heard or see that milkshakes preparation includes putting ice. I had to correct the employee and let him know that he was not preparing a smoothie but a milkshake.: ice cream, milk, topping, and whip cream.

Absolutely worst possible Dunkin. Everyone is rude. Orders are incorrect and they don't care. Terrible establishment.

Ordered a small ice cream cake on a Friday for it to be ready on a Sunday at 10am. Arrive about 20-25 mins after 10am for pick up, only to find out they messed up my order and that it would take about 20mins for it to be ready. Might as well wait since I am already there. After 20mins, I go up to ask how much longer, I was told 5 more mins. At that point I’ve lost patience because It was for an anniversary gift and I was already late. Once it was finished I just wanted to get out of that place since it was already past 11 am. When I got home I saw that they didn’t put my custom message on the cake!! Never again am I ordering from there!!

My husband went there this morning they usually get our order right but this morning he had asked her if he could get 4 croissants with cream cheese and hash browns when getting our food we didn't think to check the bag because as said they usually get everything right but when getting home come to find out she had put in that we had ordered 4 croissants with just america cheese me personally wouldn't order just cheese on a croissant to also point out she didn't read the order back in advance please ask that they read your order back to you before paying even if they always get your order correctly it's ridiculous thats it went to waste why would you only order a croissant with just american cheese

Updating this to include a picture of the latte. Ordered a cake batter signature latte but they just gave me a regular latte and charged for the cake batter signature latte. The regular latte even has a label calling itself a cake batter latte.

Customer service and trying not to upswell me would have been great. Wanted two scoops-two different flavors! Asked if I wanted two single scoops just to charge extra. Shady!

After a week of running around making sure my son had everything for prom I thought I deserve to treat. So I got a Sunday he got a two scoop phone. I haven't been to Baskin-Robbins and such a long time. Definitely worth the trip.And did I say the staff was incredible. Great group of people.Sorry no pictures we started eating before we remembered to take some ?
The Dunkin' is in the same location, and the kiosk is only for their orders. The employees seem to be working for both, because they are usually very busy and it's hard to get service.

I was craving for ice cream yesterday morning (@1130A) and I drove past this spot and noticed there was a Baskin Robbins also inside- SCORE!!! No drive thru. They do have a Walk Up Mobile order station I ordered a donut, latte and banana split Took quite some time to get all items, especially the banana split. Feel like I spent 20 mins inside. I was able to choose my 3 types of ice cream, and the person making it was looking up at the image of the banana split to see what all went on it :) If you're allergic to anything PLEASE tell them what to/not to add. My split included whipped cream, chocolate syrup, walnuts, cherries

I have to drive further to get to this location but my morning coffee is consistently good, and is usually waiting for me at the walk up window when I order ahead. Consistency is important to me and I haven't been disappointed yet. Service is overall good and I'll keep coming to this location.
