I believe the guy's name is Ian. Great customer service. Awesome food always . Shop is ran very well. Clean tidy and the food is great. My goto is turkey provolone mikes way. Extra onions, it's the best sandwich ever.Only downside is don't get the big kahuna to go. By the time your home it'll be the soggiest sandwich ever.But regardless 5 stars , dear owner, again I believe the guy helping my today his name is Ian. He's a keeper.

This jersey mikes is absolutely phenomenal. I had been going to the one in Wheaton then moved to Rockville and this is my go to. Subs are fresh and made well by their awesome staff. That being said, it seems the manager has a huge attitude problem with fellow employees. I have caught him multiple times speaking down on employees and demonstrates a huge lack of respect for them. It’s never that serious, not to mention the employees there seem to be doing an amazing job and display wonderful customer service every time I come in. I like this location and believe the employees deserve a healthy environment.

The food is ok....I like hot subs but I order a Philly cheesesteak sub and by time I got to my destination it was soggy. The bread was wet and not good, I ate what wasn't and that was it....i haven't been back since that one time to any Jersey Mike. The service was ok they was pack when I went the atmosphere I'm not feeling around lunch time.....

First off just want to say this Jersey Mike's is one of the better stores here in Rockville MD. I try to as much as I can make it to this store just because the customer service is always on point and the food is always made correctly. Mr. Eli Ortez helped me out with my order and made sure it was made correctly he showed a professionalism and took his work seriously. Overall I give the store a 10 out of 10 the whole entire staff is great I have been coming to this locations for some time now never disappoints. I also make sure i send as many people as i can to this spacific location due to the fact that they usualy never make mistakes. Keep up the great work.

I came last night and had a problem with my food NABIL AND BRAYAN HELPED fixed everything remade it effortlessly and I was completely satisfied. They are amazing and both need a raise went above and beyond the call of duty and I will be returning because of them!

I ordered delivery after spending 72 rewards points. I requested an Original Italian sub on white bread but received a number 9 with wheat bread. The store wanted me to reach out to @doordash regarding the delivery fees charged but I ordered from @jerseymikes online (paid almost $10 in fees for this delivery)The mgr on the phone would not give me her name because she said that information was confidential (not true in the service industry). I was very disappointed that a business would be so dismissive after making a big mistake.

First of all, everyone makes mistakes but what you do to make it right is the key to good customer service. The management team (including the GM) is horrible. I ordered a number 13 and received a number 9. As of yet, I have not been able to get my delivery fees refunded. They usually have quite a few staff members at this location but they also tend to be lacking a protocol to avoid switching up customers orders. I wish I could say this was the first time my order was incorrect and that management did everything to make it right but I can't. The manager was the worst part of the experience @jerseymikes.
