Fresh spring rolls were 5/10, would’ve been better with meat added and fresh herbs. It just had shredded lettuce with baby shrimps. Pho was 7/10 like the meat options, oxtails were for a toddler. Mango Sago boba tea was good but the avocado was 3/10 it tasted like more ice was used then anything else.

Got the Volcano Pho & Long Horn Pho. Broth a little bland otherwise was good

I came here with a friend and we both got the pho texas and the pho tasted great ! The food came out fast and the employees were friendly. The restaurant interior is clean and large and I would definitely come back and recommend !

Customer service is always top tier. Very welcoming environment. Clean and organized. Cute decorations. Great food and drinks and treats. One of our fav spots to come. Good size portions for price.

Very friendly staff make this place a must visit. The food is great as well. We usually order the Pho Texas, Vietnamese egg rolls, and fried rice for the kids. Also, I highly recommend the mango slushies - they are delicious. Wonderful vibe at this place and very attentive staff.

I recently visited XO Modern Pho & Grill in Rockville, MD, on a chilly winter day, and it was exactly what I needed to warm up and satisfy my cravings.

I started with their Vietnamese Coffee, which was rich, smooth, and perfectly balanced—an absolute must-try for coffee lovers. Then came the Takoyaki—8 golden, crispy bites that were tender and flavorful on the inside.

The star of the meal was their Pho XO Big Horn. This bowl was packed with everything: eye-round, brisket, flank, fatty flank, tendon, and tripe, along with all the classic pho fixings like sprouts, jalapeños, basil, onions, cilantro, and lime. It was hearty, comforting, and absolutely hit the spot.

If you’re in the Rockville area and looking for some incredible pho and delicious Vietnamese dishes, XO Modern Pho & Grill is a must-visit. Highly recommend!

It is my favorite lunch place in Rockville. The Best Pho in DMV. Beef Ribs soup Is DELICIOUS! Don’t forget to try their crepes for desert!

As a Vietnamese person, It's just okay. Definitely not Vietnamese or authentic. Chinese workers, other Asian food on the menu. Decorations have lots of Chinese writing. Passable flavors and decent prices but wouldn't be in my top 5 in the area for taste.

Super clean and pleasant environment, they serve in Spanish and English. Affordable prices. The lemonade is super refreshing. I recommend the place for a substantial lunch.

Beef fried rice was so delicious, perfectly salted with lots of beef, without grease. Pho was hot and delicious, plenty of variety of meats.
