The Fountains Wedding & Conference Center

The venue was very nice. The staff were okay. The food was not worth the price. Initially, there was 1 broccoli put on my plate. I stood there waiting, thinking that the server was having trouble getting the broccoli on the spoon. He gave me 2 more pieces. The little broccoli that I had was good. Additionally, when I asked what a particular meat was, I was informed that it was “lamb, pork, and beef…Salisbury Steak”; however, I later found out, the menu indicated that it was supposed to be “Angus Ground Beef blended with Red Pepper and a Demi glaze”. I informed other guests as some people do not eat pork due to dietary and/or religious purposes. The meat was also very red inside which is concerning because pork should be cooked all the way through. The mashed potatoes and salad were good! I would recommend the venue, not necessarily the catering services, but I do not think you can have one without the other.

Last night we hosted my father’s 70th birthday party at The Fountains. Everything started off very well. The staff was accommodating of our requests. We did have to vacuum because there was debris from another event on the floor. That, to me, was no big deal. The issue came with the food and the food service. We ordered Salisbury steak and salmon. The Salisbury steak was not completely cooked. My poor niece got sick and vomited at the venue and again once she got home. The menu said the Salisbury steak was beef, but a staff member said it was a mixture of lamb, beef, and pork. Several people in my family do not eat pork! In addition, many guests were not given a full plate of food. Several guests were given ONE small broccoli stalk. Not only was it embarrassing, but we paid 40 dollars per person and our guests were not given a full plate of food. The facility is beautiful, but because of the food I do not recommend this place. It was bad. The staff was just okay. They made a few unprofessional comments but overall they were okay.
Edit: Just found out that my 71 year old aunt is sick because of the food.

The catering service at this establishment was extremely disappointing. Many attendees became ill following our event, likely due to undercooked food. Additionally, the menu did not match what we had ordered, and the portion sizes were inadequate. The staff's lack of attentiveness further added to the negative experience.

The fountains went above and beyond for my daughter’s quinceañera party. They were super accommodating, kind and helpful. My daughter was able to have the best party celebration, ever!

It was a pleasure working with staff at The Fountains Wedding and Event Center as we celebrated our 40th Class Reunion. Everything was perfect and the food was delicious. Thank you Malisa for all the changes from January til October 4th. We thoroughly enjoyed being there.

Beautiful space, friendly staff, good food, very nice event space. I would recommend.

The managing staff here are rude and very unaccomodating!They screwed up our table arrangements, shorted us 1 table and we're rude when we tried explaining what happened.They charge you $150 to pack up food that you already purchased! They were rude to our hairdresser when she asked to come in a bit early just to plug equipment in so that when we arrived everything would be ready to use. The bride ended up being 20 minutes late to her wedding because of it.Then the hairdresser explained to the staff that this is exactly why they asked for extra 15 minutes she was rudely spoken to then when she told the staff how rude they were she was then told she could leave right now if she didn't like it. SO RUDE!The water in our bridal suite had stuff floating in it. The table overlays were from somewhere else so when we brought them home to return them, they had food smashed into them. This means that the staff never shook the food off before crumbling them into a bag for us to take them back.The dedicated host was caught eating a salad from the wedding salad table BEFORE the bride and groom AND while she was supposed to be working.Most of the bathrooms didn't have toilet paper and the ones that did had the new roll sitting on top of the old roll. How lazy....This place is outdated and over priced.

The Fountains is a beautiful venue! Everything is elegant. The food was wonderful. The staff was very attentive and friendly. We will have another client there next month, and can't wait!
