I bought a half of ham and a pound of sliced turkey.. The turkey was ok nothing special... The ham was dry and very salty... That's the first time that has happened, I would have called but I felt rushed to order and not a friendly atmosphere when I walked in the store... It felt awkward... Very disappointed with the ham that cost 55.00$ Not sure I will be returning to this location

Our first ordered dinner for Christmas and it was great!! The ham was outstanding!!. Cinnamon apples and gravy delish!! Smashed potatoes, not my fav, but would try again.

Great food and atmosphere just have a problem with one of the employees this older lady was rushing me and being rude. Also her customer service skills was pretty bad.

I ordered a 9 lbs. Ham meal deal on December 8th for pickup on December 23rd. When we went to pick up we were given a 8 lbs Ham. When we made the employees aware it was wrong there response was they didn't have any 9 lbs hams. Understandable, except the right thing to do would have been to make us aware prior to picking up so we could adjust our Christmas eve dinner or upgrade us to the 10 lbs Ham. They had ample time to make it right. The icing on the cake is they also said because the price difference between the 8 and 9 lbs Ham is less than 20 dollars that we won't get refunded the difference in price. I will be reaching out to corporate and I will never buy from them again.

Andrea, at the Severna Park location, was rude and unprofessional today. I spent $80.00 on two turkey breasts. I will never visit this location again. Please retrain the staff at this location in particular.

Expensive but consistently great! Nice staff and good selection and options.

The manager we worked with was amazing! She was really running the show and doing a great time working together with her staff. She made the experience a breeze. Appreciated all of her help. Made the holiday shopping trip super easy. You will see us back during the Christmas season!

I would like to thank ‘BRENDA’ at The Honey Baked Ham store in Severna Park, MD for all your help today! This store has the nicest group of people working there! Always professional, helpful and friendly! I live in Centreville, MD and wouldn’t think of going any place else for my ham!
