I have never looked forward to somewhere as much and had such a schizophrenic experience. Outside the menu was posted on the wall, featuring specials like filet minion, mussels in clam sauce...Inside it was more like a VFW. Kids were climbing on the pool table and screaming. Waiter couldn't answer any questions (what's on tap?).Paid over $110 for 4 of us (2 kids) and that's after they completely forgot my daughters order and took it off the bill.I'm rooting for this place, I really am. Just not sure I'm coming back.

Food and service were good. But, sitting at the bar there were flies (not the kind that order drinks) everywhere once the food was delivered it was a constant battle to keep them off the food while eating with the other hand. For that alone, I can't recommend it.

I travel nationwide for work and this place literally has the best wings I've ever had without question. The taco salad was amazing too. Plus the service was spot on and didn't let us go with an empty
No way around it, this is a dive bar. Having said that, I loved it. Sat at the bar where we got excellent service even though the place was crowded. My burger was cooked perfectly and so good! My wife had the blackened salmon sandwitch and found it dry and not to her liking. But...prices are very reasonable, it is close to the Anteitam Battlefield in the georgeous Western Maryland countryside, and we'll be back.

Great little place. Service stellar, atmosphere killer. To owner/manager: Couldn’t give 5 stars cause the Kitchen staff needs to get it together immediately. I meant to leave this review months ago but just got around to it.When a customer has a request, you accommodate it if you can. We asked for our $35(!) basket of wings to be made crispy because we come weekly(!) and don’t find them to be crispy/done enough to our likingAs a restaurant owner/operator I was appalled on my most recent visit when the server told me straight up “I’ll put that on the ticket but the kitchen normally doesn’t accommodate requests like that” …excuse me?? It’s chicken wings cooked in hot oil…at a da*m dive bar, we’re not exactly on 5th ave in NYC here so Im not sure why the staff is “too good” to attempt to accommodate something as small as crispy wings?I suggest you remind your kitchen staff when customers are in your restaurant, the customer is paying YOUR bills and THEIR wages simultaneously. If you’re lucky enough to turn a profit with a kitchen staff currently full of divas too good to accommodate their customers I suggest you count your blessings because kitchen staff will make or break your business eventuallyTLDR : Kitchen staff ruins an otherwise awesome little restaurant / bar. usually our server just says “oh yea sure” when we ask for crispy wings , but once the wings come out they’re not cooked any longer than usual

This place looks like a typical small town biker bar, but it is much more than that. It is a family restaurant for the whole community, with a menu that includes everyone. The service, and kindness, is so enjoyable. We have thoroughly enjoyed both our visits very much.

Perfect local pub.... Good music/atmosphere, Great food, Excellent friendly service! Not many of these places still exist! Perfect for a weekend lunch date with my hubs! We had the crab dip (served with soft pretzel sticks), chili, spinach salad (I substituted the vinaigrette for the honey mustard), and a panini. All were good portion sizes and so tasty! Looking forward to going back to try the crab cakes!

Food was excellent, burger was a little more pink than I would have liked, but everything else really good. And our party was an 8 person party and a waiter sat us in a back room where we all got to hang out with each other. And we played

We play trivia on Monday nights and come to eat ahead of time with our group. This includes Beer for our [group]. We can't seem to get out of there for less than 60 bucks for my wife and I. There are nine of us in the group when everyone is together. Two hours of good entertainment and fun , with Flag Ship ? Trivia.
